My wife and I are in our mid 60’s. We have been in our house for 2 weeks, we will be in our house until April 30th now. I am working on our kitchen and watching your videos. I also have several sewing projects I will do. Best wishes
I’m happy to see the Dacha again. It is coming along. The garden looks good. I’m also happy to see Sheffield again. Take care & be safe in these terrible times. 💕
I fell in love with Russia in 2016, met lots of Russians on the internet (they helped me to improve my English haha) and some years ago many things have happened and I found Orthodoxy as what I needed in my life (no I didn't converted because of Russia). Now I really want to visit this country, specially to pray for the Romanov's family and St. Peter and Fevronia. I'm so happy with your channel, it's important to show what media don't show us. Great job, kisses from Brazil ❤️
Oh it was so nice to see your Dacha and property again. I was so happy to see Sheffield. He looks so well and very happy to go for a walk. Love your video today. Thank you for sharing. Lovely day for you . Big hug to you both a don’t forget to hug Sheffield for me. 💖
Your dacha is so fabulous! I just love going to your Dacha. It's going to be so lovely this Summer with your new place. I'm glad your Dad is alive it must be hard for you Valeria to see him limp. Sickness is such a ugly thing. Sheffi is lovely 😊 Hello Alexis🍦
Alex has done such a Wonderful job on your new house .You are VERY Talented Alex. The flowers look Beautiful ( Hope Springs Eternal) hope that all this ends soon. (BIG HUG) To You Both.
Thank you for your update on your Dacha Valeria and Alex, with the weather and the virus things will get postponed, I pray Alex will return to normal work, Your home gets finished and the virus doesn't steal your lives, your friend, Wendy
@jonny baskin I would have asked the same question 2 weeks ago but with new found knowledge Russia is not controlled or strongly influenced by Zionists. Because of that the amount of lies and poisons they have to deal with is lower than say US or much of Europe.
They make a small cheap fine tooth comb to check your dog with. Gets the ticks and fleas if they have them. Course after the ticks burrow you have to find them by hand. Take care. Doug
Your home is looking nice and most of the work must be completed on it. We are staying at home as much as possible and I have been observing that recommendation and will have to go out shopping for food since my supply is so short now. You all have a nice small garden also and you will have so many vegetables to eat for awhile. I know what it is like to live in a rural area and have the hospitals so far away and it takes the ambulance about 10 to 15 minutes to get to where I live and then about 20 minutes to the area hospital in the nearest town.
Valeria, by all of your videos you have caused many, many people to fall in love with Russia. And that does so much good for international relations. I live in Nebraska, USA. You are in my prayers.
Good one Alex giving Valeria some horns hahahaha. I am glad spring is here. The dacha is looking good and you're going to have some fun this summer. I was thinking that it is still to cold for tics but I was wrong :-( It got up to 24c here today. We have some rain on the way I hear, I hope not snow.

Our winter was so warm, and deer hunters so few that we expect to have more ticks than ever this season. My cats and dog wear a collar that kills both fleas and ticks- we hope!
Those white flowers we called crocus and they come up usually in white and in purple. They are the first sign of life to come up when the winter is over! My mother passed away less than a year ago and her crocus came up Outdoors last week.
Thanks for the dacha tour. I can relate to the tick situation. Here in Eastern Pennsylvania we have a major problem with ticks, which carry Lyme disease. I work in the garden and forest cutting trees very often and I used to get ticks on me nearly every day. Then I found a chemical product called Premethrin, which is sprayed on the clothing. It works very well, and I have not had any ticks since using it for the past two years. However I don't know whether it is available to you there. It can be directly applied to dogs, and might help to protect Sheffield. Hopefully if you search online perhaps you can try it. Thanks for the videos, I really enjoy them!
Hello my friend. We are on mandatory lock down. We can go out for essential things. Such as doctors appointments, grocery shopping, and such. Schools have been closed.
Hey Val n Alex. Just so you guys know i was here in Ohio today at a Grocery store.. Small maybe 20 people. I was the only one with a Mask.. Great context.. thank you

I don’t know how I stumbled onto your channel. I’m glad I did. I’ve met a number of Russians living in the US, but know very little about Russia. Your videos show how similar people really are no matter where they are from. I enjoy your videos very much. Thank you.

Sadly, the same principles of Civil Defense must be followed as if this were a Nuclear War: Spread out the population. I hope that you will take sanctuary at dacha for longer than a week to ride it out: Here in Ohio, we're on isolation for another Month. Praying for you and family. All the Best! William Pietschman, R.N. (W8LV) We have ticks here too, I hate them, they carry Lyme Disease. Especially if it's a moist Spring or Fall they are bad. Mosquitos and Black Flies in Canada even worse.
William Pietschman Yes so much to consider for a persons well being. I have small farm up in northern Sask. As a young lad I couldn’t wait to get off the farm, but somehow was always drawn back and continued farming with what ever way I could. Now so happy to be safe on this small part of the world in my late 60s. As for the tics, well I just take care not to get into the tall grass. The other danger is mice and hantavirus. You must not use a vacuum to clean up droppings, spray with bleach solution to kill virus. As for coved19 the grocery stores have the first hour for seniors and also have a 1 way traffic only in the isles so that people don’t come in close contact. My prayers are for my neighbours to the South and hope you well.
Thank you for sharing what life is like where you live in Russia. It's great to learn how people live in different places in the world. Take good care of yourselves... and I hope for the best to you, your family, animals, and friends.
@Different Russis Are you able to get you hands on REVOLITION brand (selamectin) topical parasitic? It is distributed by ZOETIS and keeps ticks as well as other parasites away.
