@@kotursrinivas5019 u have missed understood, these people r poor and they have their own way of doing things, whenever I visit places like these I always give my feedback to them in person and advise them, however at the end of the day it's their decision and call.
@@tweediefamily There is nothing to be misunderstood nor to underestimate the business the street food vendor is doing. His self reliance to support his family is appreciated. His daily margin definitely exceeds ₹2000/- & he cannot be called poor. He doesn't pay rent nor taxes. Does he prefer to eat in newspaper at home? He should have social concern to his customers. In Karnataka they don't serve food like this.
Only in India I see some vendors using newspaper for serving food both in the north and the south. I know affordability is a big issue in India with one of the lowest per capita income in the world with such a big population. I think most people who are consuming food on the newspaper may not even be aware of the toxicity of the newspaper ink. I think they have to be educated. I am sure alternative source will be found if people reject this means. Indian people are smart. Nobody wants to consume poison and have a slow death.

30 रुपए में अंडा रोटी मेरे यहां पर मध्य प्रदेश में तो 60 रूपए में हाफ अंडा करी रोटी 5 रुपए की एक और होटल की बात करे तो 200 रुपए अंडा करी 15 रुपए तंदूरी रोटी कोलतला काफी अच्छी जगह है और लोग बहुत साफ दिल के भोले भाले है

each serving is about 15-20 Rs per plate he sells about 200-250 per day. Or more depending on the customer how much they eat. His monthly earning is more or less 5k -7k per day. This is just an estimate. .

These people comes from guma which is located in village side where cost for things is much less than city area and they sell it in city area that's why they can give it to you with this price trust me or not but they make 10 rs profits out of 20 rs
