In the Windows version you can't get cars without tuning? I say this because I tested the Windows version through savegame and all the cars (not counting the Midway Concept's) were tuned, and the factory versions were not there, without tuning.
Can u record some gameplay on 4K resolution with some MSAA? This game was kinda nice but sharp edges always were killing graphics :/ Would be nice to see it in full beauty
It's a shame you couldn't modify the cars yourself in this game, because West Coast Customs' taste was awful, and has only gotten worse with time. Worse still, you don't know what they're going to do to the car until after it's done. Of all of the cars, I'd say the Corvette Z06 and the Viper are the only two that look better "pimped." Maybe the Frontier and Titan, too, if you like 4x4s.

Corvette C3 and C5, Solstice Escalade, Impreza, 350Z z33 and 240SX S14 are my favorites.
