Seeing this in 2023. I don't normally click on planning videos but when I saw this I was in a rush to play something and start breakfast lol. Surprisingly, I've also being always pre planned and some people just don't realize how important this is. And that there unorganized lives and frequent last minute could really hinder my plans for the day and entire week. Please make a video on how to deal with these people and how we can make them understand not to always shatter our routines.
Highly recommend to do this with Tracy. The only thing that will happen is it will improve important relationships and weed away the toxic ones, because you won’t have time to worry about the toxics too much. I spend a whole day in early January planning my entire year. I plan intellectual, financial, emotional, spiritual, career, reading, travel, physical/health, home, leisure and fashion goals. One of my former friends criticized me about being too rigid and controlled. She said I need to “go with the flow” and live in the present moment. Oh boy, I do during my scheduled down time. I’m just coming back from a day at the beach right now. My “friend” is probably aimlessly walking around Target feeling stuck in the present and still ruminating about the past.
This is one of my goals for 2022, master productivity and eliminate distraction. I think my biggest distraction is my phone!! Even having it next to me, it's screaming to be picked up 🤣🙂
Love the videos where you show us how you do things. I think because many of us are obsessed with how you optimize your life and hence the reason just signed up for your meal planning webinar! Hope you will be sharing some of your typical meal plans for the week as my husband and I have been stumped on ideas. Have a great day!

I noticed that I do pretty well part with the planning and then something emotional happens during the week and my worries about children, about someone's problem, my new problem... distracts me from the plan, I overeat etc. Thank you 🙏
Excellent video!! I feel better knowing everything is written down and that I don't have to tell myself to remember something. My mind wants to relax and work intelligently. You are correct. We are not meant to remember To Do Lists.
Great video! Planning is really key. As a working mom I always have to be thinking about what is coming up. Kids activities, birthday parties, school dress up spirit days, work obligations etc. I always have to plan out when I will I be able to get to the shore, bank etc, and what else is coming up that I can do now because chances are I won’t have time later.
You’re goals! I want lose 35lbs in the next seven months and I find myself not planning “cheat meals” and not creating boundaries with myself. Also working out without a plan. This video is motivating! Thanks you!
At first I noticed her daily routine as things were taken out in the morning and at the end of the day as those things were put away. On Friday windows, surfaces and desks were wiped down and the room was tidied up a bit more. I also noticed that she was always done early at the end of the day. This allowed the last five minutes to relax and possibly remember any forgotten task before leaving the school. No words were shared of her routines. I think what appealed to me most is how she got the routine done so she could just relax before starting the next transition. I then started implementing a routine early in my school life and I will never go back to waiting for stress and overwhelm to motivate me as I watch most ppl do wait for that to occur. Only because they did not plan early enough.

I’m not sure if for your email you are using Outlook but you can schedule emails to go out to people automatically - I do it if I am working very early so that emails aren’t being sent to people at an unreasonable hour
Thank you Traci! TIP: Add the extension BOOMERANG to your Email. It will allow you to schedule an email to be sent out on the day and time you choose ;) Great for Birthdays, etc. it will even re send you an email you ask it to remind you… say for next year…

Hi Melissa, Thank you! I have not changed anything in the skincare department. Of course I have had the treatments, like the ones that I just shared after my surgery. I cannot prescribe what a person needs to use, as I am not a dermatologist or aesthetician. Yes, I still use Glycolic Acid and prescription tretinoin as my active ingredients.

Hi there Tracy! I’m just watching your stories- I’m sorry you have been having such a difficult time with the bladder issues you discuss. Although it is common, especially after so many pregnancies- that doesn’t make it any easier to deal with on a day to day basis. You mention that you are not for going the surgery route to correct the issue, which is completely fair enough. Without being intrusive I wanted to ask if that was perhaps because surgery isn’t guaranteed to work? Or maybe risky? I guess I just wish I could help solve that problem for you. I coach in all areas. I do not offer Discovery Calls because I share enough on TH-cam and IG Stories for people to know if they want to work with me or not. There is a one-time session that many take advantage of if they have questions. You may consider that to get any questions answered.
My dads health has been interrupting all my plans lately. How would u work around an ailing parents health with yur schedule? For example, I’ll be in a zoom meeting and my mother or sister will call me non-stop that they had to call an ambulance and for me to come and say goodbye to my father. They are like emergencies that come up that take me out of the headspace of my schedule, but I don’t want to put my schedule in front of the love or support my family needs from me.
This sounds like a boundaries issue. If you have said goodbye to your dad several times and he is still here today, you have fallen prey to others emotional instability. I would love to help, but this will require coaching, as it is probably showing up in other areas. If you are in a zoom meeting for work, you should not be taking calls. It's setting up parameters where you don't receive notifications while in a work meeting. Once the meeting is over, you check your messages. If you are asked to go to the hospital to see your dad, you decide at that time if that works for you in that moment. You may find that you need to take care of other responsibilities and go to the hospital a couple hours later. Good Luck.

I used to weigh 237 and I dropped to 151.It took me some time to get the weight off.I am addicted to pepsi that is my downfall.I gave it up to lose the weight along with bread and potatoes.Tracy if I only drink water.8 to 10 and eat only vegetables for one month what do u think ??I now weigh 166.
