Never out of balance. Even when throwing with power. Always with intent and accuracy. And the work rate is exceptional. Whoever bests him has to be really lucky and really good.
That stood out to me as well, his feet are always underneath him, strong base ready to attack or defend at all times. Clean technical fighter
I’ve been following Bivol for awhile. He was so underrated going into the Canelo fight. I bet on him to win (4.5 to 1 odds I think). Best value I’ve EVER seen on a bet, idk how people slept on him so badly
I knew he was 10 times better than Canelo but I wasn't sure if he was going to throw the fight like Canelo's last 6 opponents. They went in there just to get paid, they didn't try to win the bout. Thank God Bivol has morals and values and he didn't sell himself for money

I've worked out on traditional heavy bags th-cam.com/users/postUgkxp9-sf95nqfjey-uyzxUzQ7m9MXRPK1BE a spherical stuffed "wrecking ball" bag, and now this thing. What I like about it is that it has the heft to stay largely in place so I'm not chasing it around. It's tall enough to allow for headshots and body shots, but it's short enough to give an uppercut somewhere to land. I'm very happy so far. Filling it was a bit of a cluster. For top-offs, I've learned that you can screw the supplied nozzle onto any basic plastic water bottle. I can't speak to durability as I've only had it a week.

I like the dark tan covered bag. Some bags are better to hit than others and I bet most boxers have a favourite bag to hit. It about the feel when you make contact.

In Europe as an amateur, 90% long punches most straight.. sometimes uppercuts, and lots of footwork-drill..
And 1 hour cardio.. Was hell after 2 hours, 3 Times per week

thats ballistic soviet style. notice that none of the punches r straight. curved power punching with weight dropping into every shot. low guard so his feet r his primary defence.
