O.K., Let me get this straight,...How to read and understand and LES is no longer taught during Basic any longer? When did that start happening? It's now taught, or, has to be re-taught when a fresh troop (and I am assuming here) arrives at their first duty post after completing AIT? Or is it the quality of today's troops coming into the service, once again, is going downhill so much so that something so basic and relevant to the soldier's life in the Army has to be taught, and then re-taught over and over again?
