My problem is not the tightness hurting my head but it being too tight on my glasses and making them crooked. it makes them crooked or not where they're always sitting which messes with my vision and makes my head hurt.

Interesting video. Faux suede? Alcantara? Decent foams should accommodate specs, or put the specs' arms above the foams (possible on some headphones)? If my hair is short/shaved headbands on headphones/sets start to hurt me, even with soft padding on them.

I'm on a limited income but so many times I ended up wasting money on a headset hoping it will be more comfortable, and have a properly working mic... and ended up going back to my old flimsy broken down one which used to wrap around the back of head, but no longer will stay on my head by itself . Even that I end up avoiding using these days as much as possible. It's not just the glasses digging into my skull... pressure down on top of my head, and having my ears pressed painfully against my head and glasses have been major issues for me. Your headset looks similar to one I tried once, but even if I can modify the ear pieces to not hurt so much and put less pressure on my ears, the top of my head is sensitive to pressure and weight on it. Any recommendations? Sorry long post I know..
I can't wear contacts :( Suffer from severe dry and sensitive eyes. I used to wear them back in my teens but I can't anymore. Times where even with just glasses eyes are so irritated it feels like nothing short of clawing them out would relieve them. So no contacts are not an option for me. Which sucks to because would like to be able to try VR to.

Just place the legs of your glasses on the outsides of your ears and clamp them into place with the headset. Job done! But remember that you've done this before taking the headset off or your glasses will fall off.
I don't find the cushions to be the problem, mine are very soft, the problem is tightness, so wear the headset opened up more, not tight against your head... the headset will hang a little lower, but it won't hurt.

Why not just cut a notch into the cushions. If they are replaceable and are relatively cheap just modify them to work. The big problem with most of these headsets is that the cushion is not removeable so cutting a notch would be permanent.
I always used to tilt my glasses up and it is a good tactic, but then I did some research and I don’t know how but having your glassing tilted in any direction is worse for your eyes.

I don't wear glasses because I'm blind I wear blue light blocking, and eye protection glasses to ease my headaches I get sometimes when gaming for long periods and it's crazy cause I never realized how annoying it is to have to wear glasses and I feel bad for you guys... lol

its a thorough and necessary explanation.
Try using a buff (or similar) bandana over your ears. Easy to wash too if you're sweaty.
Sadly, this is pretty accurate. I wish there were custom earpads with small cutouts for glasses.

I just ended up using thinner frames wearing a hat so that there would be a tiny space for my glasses to sit
It's not the sides of the glasses that hurt my head it is the nosepads that dig into my nose.
For me it's both. I've been using in ear bluetooth headphones to avoid this problem. :/
