I remember my first introduction to necromancer in this universe. It was serial killer in DA2 that stiched head of your character's mother on other corpse parts. Mother, who was with you from begining of the game and unleashed that abomnation on your character. It was a haunting scene from real dark phantasy. Even tho DA2 was far from perfect it did not have these..... Disney skeletons?
yeah, and he was a backwards useless mage from the south compared to these two who are Mourn Watchers and absolute experts in necromancy. The other guy took years to make a single undead corpse while Hezenkoss is straight up building a golem of legend that could destroy cities. There is a reason the south is considered extremely backwards (even orlais) and dystophian towards mages compared to the north where this sort of things are common.
@@theawesomewerewolf5084 well it kinda made it extremely horrific so it was integral part of what makes that scene disturbingly sad and it is also one of the peaks of DA dark phantasy element.
Manfred is best boy

The necromancy wasn’t really the devastating part of that scene.
