Just to avoid confusion , this is the sauce piquante from the Caribbean / Southern states . The French sauce piquante you might find in any good recipe book is a totally different sauce and is also delicious .

So I re watched the vid and filled mine in i'm going to post it here so ppl won't have to do it twice if this is unapproate please delete it 1 cut up chicken 2 stalks celery (chopped) 3 toes garlic (chopped) 1-1/2 yellow onion (chopped) 1 large bell pepper (chopped) 1 can diced tomatoes 1 medium tomato(chopped) 2 cans tomato sauce (8oz. ea) 1 can tomato paste (6oz.) 1/2 tsp.garlic powder 1/4 tsp.cayenne pepper 1/2 tsp.salt 1/2 tsp.papricka 1/2 tsp.crushed red pepper 1 tbsp. parsley flakes 1/4 tsp.chili powder 1/4 tsp.black pepper 3 bay leaves 1/2 tsp.cajun spice of you're choice

Magnalite Brand. Check out Amazon or your local hardware store. My pots are old and when I go I want them to go with me. LOL! Cheers!
