TehButterflyEffect I see now. Yeah what mine is doing and back firing like I just ordered a whole new 15% over cp3 pump I should of checked this first 🤦♂️
@@balslammerracing14balser95 did you ever figure your “backfire” out? Mine seems like it runs fine other than if you stab the pedal pretty good from an idle and it does a weird cut-out/backfire thing
@@lochhessmonster yeah it was my lift pump and cp3 acting up then my injectors took a shit. And ate my motor 🤦♂️ new motor now and all new injectors and no issues so far I got 1k on the motor and everything is working fine
My truck idles pretty good but it’s like the ax compressor going on and off pretty harsh where you can see it in the rpm a little I’m wondering if mine isn’t FCA?

So it was backfiring and sputtering? I can’t really tell in video my hearing is bad
Right around the 1:20 mark you can see what it was doing. The engine would sputter as if it was about to die.

Mine does the same thing yours did at 1:20. Mine does it about 5-7 times before smoothing out. Did the FCA fix the issue?

That's kind of what it started out as. It's not a very expensive part and it's very easy to replace. Might as well try it.

No. No codes either from what I can remember.

It wasn't missing. It was starving for fuel.
