    Hola soy de Guadalajara México, me interesa saber si puedo practicar este tipo de yoga, tengo dos hernias de disco, tengo meses practicando estiramientos hasta donde mi cuerpo lo permite pero hay gente que me asusta y me dice que con esa práctica puedo lastimarme más. me gustan sus videos pero me preocupa que tenga repercusiones a largo plazo.
    Alguien que me guíe, .

      You need practice everyday then you got flexibility. This give pain in starting but after few days that position not make you hurt.

    I tried opening the legs but they are very stiff.Also a request please place the Camera behind or in front of you so that your steps are visible properly

    I have very tight shoulders and arms.. and I would very much want to do cow face hands, i cannot and never can catch my hands behind my back.. can you pls teach poses to improve that..

    I like some of the syllabes sequence that you teach and holding the poses for a deeper stretch but allow me to say that would also pay attention to the alignment, emphasising the correct use of breathing ( From the nose ) I would also correct the students more often where needed. I'm not sure whether or not Vietnamese people understand what you're saying ( I honestly can't understand, after watching your class for awhile I find the tone of your voice annoying, no offences Ok ;) Nevertheless, they seem to follow without complaining, I wonder how many classes they've attended.
