My dialogue box always comes up behind my Cricut design space! I’ve been wanting to give this a go on my maker.
That's normal. You have to move your window to reveal the dialog box.
Mine usually doesn’t and before I filmed I tested out the project & it took me forever to figure out where my dialog window went! 😂
Thanks for sharing! Did you cover your printable vinyl with anything after printing it to stop the ink from being smudged after printing and with use?

This is making me wonder if I really want to buy a cricut. The amount of times I'm frustrated with my own printer / photocopier because it refuses to print just plain things, as I want them printed, makes me wonder how often I'll be frustrated and downright angry at this even more complicated thing.

Thanks for the great instruction! I tried the same project with exactly the same materials and my vinyl starts peeling off as the cricut maker is cutting. Do you have any thoughts about why this is happening I'd appreciate the help!

Hi, my wife is trying to do a yellow tape measure for my fishing bag, messing cm’s and whilst it looks great it’s not accurate even though she has arranged and welded the lines on design app and it looks correct on there. Have you a video on this or can advise me to help her. Many thanks

I actually have never tried it! You might be able to use the deep point Cricut blade with the Explore Air machine. I will have to give it a try sometime so I can share if it works!

Tried to do this project with the Cricut Explore Air 2 and just couldn't get it to work. Didn't have the thinner chipboard available so tried using 100lb cardstock but just would not cut all the way through with the printable sticker. Gave up.

Your video was great I followed it step by step except I had a brand new blade and I kept it on 1.5mm chipboard and it cut through both my cricut strong grip mats:( but the puzzle turned out great! lol
Oh my gosh, I really love this project so much. I'm going to have my grandson make these for his parents, he's 9! 😁

That would be so so fun for him to make it for his parents! Yes! I think heavy chipboard would work the same, it might just take the Cricut a little longer to cut it out. :)
@Kayla's Cricut Creations thank you so much. I've been nervous to try chip board because I tried veneer and it just crumbled and jammed my machine.
@@michellewilkinson5127 Oh no!! That would make me a littler nervous. I've never used veneer before. For the chipboard as long as you use the purple strong grip mat and tape all 4 sides down, it should stay put really well!

I made a puzzle today and I used chipboard but my Cricut Explore one only did 2 cuts and I am cutting the last layer. Is it my cricut?

Inkjet printer works fine and is actually the preferable type of printer to use.
