I love Tank but as his trainer, he and I will be fighting to get him to bear down harder when training, you have to train to exhaustion man, Ranger style, where you do this shy 2-3 time's a day or the daily double.
excellent comment. I noticed that 2. I am working on losing weight after my tonsillectomy December 2021. I lost 19.3 LBS after not eating solid foods. I am now wearing contractor heavy duty strength trash bags as sauna suits. I walk 6 miles N dickies work socks 2 activate/strength/cardio 4 my continued weight loss. I have learned the hard way as 2 condition/strength my feet 2 the top of my head. I suffered a torn meniscus/ and developed a Baker's cyst behind my right knee cap in the popliteal region. Anyways, I continue 2 walk/climb 6 flrs every 3 to 4 days with 5, 10, dumbells. I will admit I am exhausted with sweat drenching all over the ground/floor any where I train. Thank God 4 watermelon, pedialite, salted cashews, and many greens.
