Awesome seeing the older GEs in service!
I miss their sound!
Good old southern pacific railroad!. I still remember day's back in the early 90's hauling heavy lumber trains. Back in my old home town of roseburg, Oregon. I still miss them to this day still!.
I wish I made it out there to witness them in action. When I think of SP I think of long lumber trains and semaphores
@@ChadsRailfanExperience Yeppers. Those we're good old day's.
Cool
It’s disappointing that SP is no longer with us due to poor management, financial issues and UP acquiring them. They’ll always remain an iconic railroad.
I miss them as well
The Southern Pacific had a branch line down the middle of the street. I would sit on the corner from a little boy and watch the action. I was beyond taken with railroads. The Southern Pacific was my road
Love these videos, thank you. Been a long time, still miss SP.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Great video 👍 I miss southern Pacific railroad. My favorite train's
I'm so glad this was caught on video this is really good. I still though lament over SP caboose tying down the back no longer needed but sadly missed
I think I see myself in the Chillicothe shot, next to the red mini van. That station was my summer home
Chad excellent video brings back a lot of memories being trackside ThankYou!!!!!
Awesome job!
Thank you Robert!
