Why Being a Main Dealer Service Advisor is The Job From Hell

Having worked for many years in the motor/automotive trade in a number of roles - technician/mechanic, parts advisor, workshop controller/foreman, bodyshop reception, I can categorically state that my least favourite was being a service advisor. A hateful job in every way and a job from hell. People and their cars can be just a nightmare.
