Well you beat me to it. Flow and Mayhem are my two favorite pitchmen. The ones I hate the most sell the same product. Joe Namath and j.j. Walker.
Stephanie Courtney's character is perfectly realized in every one of Flo's escapades. They are all good and entertaining. I like the small ones, like when Flo steps out of the darkness to pass along some information about insurance, then steps back into the shadows and the guys tell her, "We can still see you." And, I like the large-cast series, where Courtney's "Flo" plays all the characters in her family. But, you really have to credit the writers and producers, as well.
My personal favorite is when they're all on the beach trying to enjoy a day off, and Flo cant help but talk to other beach goers about insurance 🤣🤣😭😭👏🏾👏🏾

I actually met Stefanie on a Progressive Insurance commercial years ago, I drove a motor home for her commercial. I was totally impressed with her, she sat down with the crew for lunch and told us how she got the Progressive insurance job. She was just like anyone. Stefanie was so nice to us, I think she is an awesome actress and comedian.
That's so great to hear, it's always gratifying to learn that a famous person is as nice as their public persona or character.

I dressed up as Flo on a Halloween cruise and got so much attention even riding around on my mobility scooter. People asked to take pictures with me all night.
I really like the ones that Susan Lucci was in. And the best of those was when Susan Lucci came down the staircase and was trying to tell the other two people she was in a coma and the man said that was a nap. Priceless😅😅

Stephanie Courtney is from my county (Rockland County, NY). She grew up just two towns over. Shes always has our support and love here in Rockland.

Stephanie was also on the show, "Mad Men," although briefly. I think that's why they use Jon Hamm (who portayed Don Draper in the show) in Progressive commercials - it's kind of a running joke. In the commercials, Hamm has a crush on Flo, but she blows him off every time. Don Draper would never be so "devoted" to a woman. Women just flocked around him, lol.

We know someone that works in a very, very high end bar and eatery in Phoenix and he commented that she was not a nice person at all. Very primadonna. We weren’t there but he’s a pretty honest guy and rarely has said anything unflattering about celebs (if you call a commercial actress that) he has encountered. Personally, I’m over seeing Flo. She gets the mute button fast. “Chaos”, now he’s funny!
I've seen videos where Katharine Hepburn was said to be unpleasant to others too, but I never noticed than when we exchanged notes for years. She was so appreciative for a book I sent her about Spencer Tracy (she had never seen it before) and I was surprised when I learned, later, that she didn't give autographs. Each note was typed by her secretary, but Katharine signed all of them. No matter what anyone says, I think she was a great gracious lady.

One time the police pulled me over for speeding. He asked me for my paperwork. I did not have my insurance card on me. It is on my phone. When the officer asked for the card. I informed him that "Flo' didn't send me a card, but she did send me a photo of her. He busted out laughing, then returned my papers and left. Flo just rules and her actress is just great also.
My sister in law won the contest for best costume dressed like her....😂😂😂..I didn't recognize her. It was for her job. She even used an inventory gun as the prop...very good.

Decades ago, the insurance team lived and worked inside the "Digital Realm" because dropping a smartphone caused them to experience quakes! 😳
Also, to promote "bundling" they needed physical props that could be easily bundled. So, instead of an insurance office, they had the produce section of a supermarket or grocery store, hence the aprons! They were dressed to look like employees who stocked produce.
Later on, some of the product boxes began to resemble other items that could be found in a store in which the employees wore aprons. 😀
They could all be bundled together as needed!
So, were customers virtual customers shopping on-line? That's what it seemed like.
Then the next thing you know, in addition to Jed being a millionaire, Flo is interacting with jugglers at a California beach! At some point they began to interact with customers in the physical world! 🙄 😮
I wonder if they will make her into a "Flosie" insurance bot when the A.I. proceeds far enough.
I've always thought she would be great to play the teacher in "The Magic School Box" should they ever do a live remake of that kids' show.
