Very nice effort bro. One thing if we connect WiFi then also performance same or it becomes slow as I have seen in many others that after WiFi it starts lagging??
There can be two reasons for such lagging- 1. Radio/microwave interference caused by wireless mice that operate on 2.4GHz, or your electrical appliances such as microwave ovens, or simply your neighbours' WiFi. Such issues usually present themselves on 2.4GHz WiFi connections as that frequency band is very crowded. Solution - use 5GHz WiFi. 2. Device driver issues. These are usually fixed with a driver update, and in windows 10 you can find driver updates easily under optional updates. Or you can also do it in the classic "device manager" settings. Driver issues can affect both 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi. Personally I've had no such issue.

You can go for X540YA-XO547T or get the X543MA-GQ1020T at higher price on flipkart. Edit: The price is higher Because the X543MA-GQ1020T is currently available in Pentium on Flipkart i.e You will get better performance.
Why not? They use the same interface, that’s all. The only constraint here is that you must have less than 120gb data in your old 1tb hard drive. Then you can copy the windows installation (using the tools I mentioned). You can put any size ssd, I just choose 120gb because it’s really cheap.

When I pried it open you can see there are no user replaceable RAM modules. So I don't think you can upgrade its RAM.
