Hello Sir, Thanks for sharing your journey and knowledge about hospitality industry. I am a software engineer by profession but a food lover and try different dishes in my home with my wife. I want to follow my passion by starting weekend party venue near city(Pune), it will not be a regular restaurant but a previously booked party where I am thinking of serving my customer tasty, fresh, delicious, safe and traditional rural Indian dishes. If you can, please give me some feasibility study about this business.
