I actually think Icewing is being setup to be the leader. And I kinda hate that the RiverClan cats are being like "Oh my god you're so loyal to Tigerheartstar!" as if she LOVED being in ShadowClan and not there because she was banished by an idiot leader for doing the right thing. Icewing SWEEP.
I mean, looking at it from their view, Icewing is basically Tigerheartstar's puppet in RiverClan, and he seemingly only picked her to be co-leader because she was one of the few(?) cats to accept him, even if she did fight briefly against him. I dunno, I may be biased, I just think THS shouldn't have stuck his nose in their business
Kind of sad that icewing can't be the riverclan leader One because icestar is a cool name and second she just seems like she cares about her clanmates has dealt with a lot of death and is level headed Also she prevents nightheart from becoming leader

I think a really, really under appreciated character is Jagged Peak from the DOC. He's forced out of Clear sky's camp because he has a damaged leg and is also the only reason on why Greywing leaves the mountains.
If you're taking suggestions, I think Nightstar would be interesting to talk about. Though he's relatively minor, he's endured through a lot, whether it was having Foxheart as a mentor, Brokenstar as an apprentice, Clawface as a brother, suffering from an illness that confined him to the elders' den at a very young age, and being exiled from ShadowClan. I believe he was also the only cat in the series to be rejected by StarClan to receive nine lives.
He's not the only one to be denied lives (since sunstar was refused a life because pine was still alive), but he's the only cat to be denied ALL of his lives iirc
On the warriors wiki for April Fools Day, there are a few jokes made regarding some of the cats. For example, Curlfeather’s main picture is a bowl of dog food. How hilarious. Icewing was given a joking page too. This leads me to believe that she will indeed have some significance as only significant characters are given joke pages for April Fools.

Hey Moonkitti! Can you please do a mini-talk/talking video about Thrushpelt? He had a crush on Bluefur and didn't flip out that Bluefur liked someone else, unlike AshFur. When Bluefur told him that she was pregnant, he automatically took on the role of the kit's father, and I'm not sure this is Canon or not, but I think Thrushpelt took care of Mosskit in StarClan. When the kits went missing, it was said he mourned like a father. He is also an underrated character and is just a good boy. Edit: To also add, as a bonus reason, there isn't too bad of an age gap✨️

I love him so much, would absolutely love to hear more about him even though his character is very small and he really only has two lines, I think it's so interesting he apparently had a friendship with Bumblestripe and Briarlight even though he's from Riverclan and it's only mentioned once.
I feel like the omen of the curled feather by the moon pool was about icewing not curlfeather. It's mentioned how it's frosted by ice then a bunch of feather fly away like wings! Come on let us get another girl leader!

RAAAAAAAA ICEWING SWEEEEEEEP i have been obsessed with this goddamn background character since 2018 and the preview of shadow feels like fanservice for me specifically. i actually cheered out loud when she told duskfur to be quiet and that theyd get a chance to fight back against tigerstar later because like woah! a warrior cats background character with a CONSISTENT PERSONALITY TRAIT??? its a miracle. one thing i would like to highlight is that, on top of seeming to have a pretty consistent moral code, shes also very consistently sneaky as hell and seems to prioritize the safety of herself and others over speaking out for whats right. i feel like we can glean this from her moment with mapleshade in the dark forest, her being one of the riverclan cats to quickly cave to darktails loyalty pledge (and then fighting against the kin the moment his strongest warriors were out of camp), and then that moment in both sky and shadow where she's trying to dissuade everyone from fighting tigerstar. personally, im preeeeetty sure she doesnt actually have loyalty to him (see her fighting against him when he actually started attacking riverclan) and is just trying to get her stubborn as rocks clanmates from getting themselves hurt or killed also yes: finding fanart of her is insanely difficult. i also know way too goddamn much about every minor scene shes in because i took it upon myself to write a novella abt her and ended up rereading every single book she features in.
Oh you wrote Icewing's Oath! I love that fanfic it's so good!! It's actually influenced my own headcannons about Icewing because I particularly adore some of the ideas in there like Icewing talking to Ivypool about their kids who died in the Dark Forest and Mintfur and Icewing's relationship drama after she tells him she trained in the Dark Forest, I now have both of those things in my headcannons about Icewing. I have a loose outline of a story in my mind that mostly sticks to canon except for the fact that I gave Icewing Harelight as an apprentice because I think it creates a very interesting dynamic between them and gives Icewing an opportunity to train an apprentice alongside her mate before he dies. I can tell you about my headcannons if you would like to hear about them.

Thank you for talking about Icewing! This video's existence makes me incredibly happy! Though, as someone who is way too obsessed with Icewing, I would like to say that she does actually do things in arc 6, she's one of the four RiverClan cats taken prisoner by Darktail in book 3 and is one of the cats who goes to bring SkyClan back in book six.
i would love to see you do a mini-talking about petalfur if youre takin suggestions !! she doesnt have too much going for her admittedly, but shes just a lil sweetheart- shes the only cat who went to break the beaver damn that was nice to dovepaw/wing afterwards, shes grandmother to frostpaw, and i think its fascinating that both the riverclan cats, she and rippletail, that went on the beaver journey ended up not being able to be burried with the rest of their clan, rather dying in a place too far to carry them back. i also like to headcanon that she may be partially blind in one eye due to the thorn she got stuck in it as a kit, although that is definately not canon- she has a lot of room for headcanons, actually, and is just an overall silly kitty

Pfffffffft I forgot she said the Kirito line 😂 Edit: I like Icewing’s potential as a character, she sounds like a kind, mostly gentle cat who wants to resolve things as peacefully as she can…..and yet she *still* ended up in the Dark Forest training with them. Why? What was her motivation? I can definitely see how someone who wants to see the best in everyone could be tricked into playing devil’s advocate for some pretty bad cats, but we never actually see that kind of development happening. It could be interesting to see that 😊
Day Two of asking for Sunfall/star, at least for a mini talking video :> I think he's really cool. He was the only one who cared about Bluestar enough to talk her through her grief and mental issues multiple times and even offered to train her himself after Stonepelt retired. Why'd he take such an interest in her? (I know why logically, Bluestar was the main character and she's *special* ) but from a narrative standpoint, why did he pay so much special attention to her and let her in on Clan secrets that regular warriors shouldn't know, like the amount of lives he had left and how he was only given 8 of them? He was a really good and fair leader, I feel like he's been the only TC leader aside from Bluestar in all of history that wasn't just a boring Honorable Good Guy™️ like most other Clan leaders are. I'm gonna ask on your future talking videos until my comment blows up. :)
I think you should do a video on Scourge, he is just an edgy little guy and i think his story is interesting, and the way Tigerpaw was mean to him as a baby and he held a GRUDGE. Wittle bawby edgylord did not let it slide.
I think it would be interesting if you did a video on Reedshine. From the fan content ive seen of her, she was portrayed to be a "villain" for "stealing" Appledusk in Mapleshades vengeance when in reality she was one of the only innocent cats in that story. I feel like the majority of this fanbase treats her like a homewrecker when she was also lied to by Appledusk and did literally nothing wrong. Overall I think shes a very interesting side character who I personally adore.

Crack theory: Mintfur as in Icewing’s missing mate and Mintfur as in the skyclan she-cat are the same cat. If the way she is described as the skyclan cat is accurate to how you drew her, she colored her fur darker and somehow managed to color her eyes and lead a double life for a while between being Icewing’s loving mate in Riverclan and being her true self in Skyclan and finally decided she couldn’t take being treated as a tom anymore and ran away
I know you've probably been requested this a lot, but I would really like to hear you talk about Jayfeather. He's one of the only rude protagonists that we get at all in the main series, and I feel like he's a very debatable character. You either love him, or you hate him. And I wanna know what you think about him. Do you think his grumpiness is justified? Do you think he should have been made a warrior? I dunno, just think he would be a very interesting character to talk about.
my headcanon is that skyclan mintfur and riverclan mintfur are the same cat, she's actually a transgirl who ran away because she worried her clan wouldnt accept her, and ended up in future skyclan territory. she has no relation to skyclan she just kinda went along with it when firestar showed up and now shes just quietly avoiding her ex

"this basically guarantees she won't be leader." I kind of don't' want her to be leader, knowing the sort of crap she'd have to deal with. But, honestly, as arrogant as Tigerstar's insistence that he knows what's best for these cats is, he's kind of right that they should have just told the truth about what happened to Mistystar and Reedwhisker and gotten the other medicine cats' help right away. I get that they're afraid of other Clans taking advantage of weakness but that was likely to happen no matter what they did.
He's right, but kicked that moral high ground off a cliff the second he invaded Riverclan as a roundabout way of taking out his anger for the loss of his child.
@@muffinland8660 Yeah, even Icewing is probably determined to see as little blood shed as possible, rather than actually convinced this is ideal. After playing nice with the Dark Forest leaders and then trying to appease Darktail, Tigerstar probably doesn't seem that bad by comparison.
Can you do a video on Flipclaw? He's quite an interesting character for being a background character. Also being the brother of Bristlefrost and having an intriguing yet refreshing perspective on StarClan. Also having debated leaving the clans during Ashfur's reign.

i was like, lowkey headcannoning her as mentoring one of petalfurs kits but it ended up falling outside the timeframe of the novella so i decided not to include it

Though, as someone who is way too obsessed with Icewing, I would like to say that she does actually do things in arc 6, she's one of the four RiverClan cats taken prisoner by Darktail in book 3 and is one of the cats who goes to bring SkyClan back in book six.
i would love to see you do a mini-talking about petalfur if youre takin suggestions !! she doesnt have too much going for her admittedly, but shes just a lil sweetheart- shes the only cat who went to break the beaver damn that was nice to dovepaw/wing afterwards, shes grandmother to frostpaw, and i think its fascinating that both the riverclan cats, she and rippletail, that went on the beaver journey ended up not being able to be burried with the rest of their clan, rather dying in a place too far to carry them back.
i also like to headcanon that she may be partially blind in one eye due to the thorn she got stuck in it as a kit, although that is definately not canon- she has a lot of room for headcanons, actually, and is just an overall silly kitty

Edit: I like Icewing’s potential as a character, she sounds like a kind, mostly gentle cat who wants to resolve things as peacefully as she can…..and yet she *still* ended up in the Dark Forest training with them. Why? What was her motivation? I can definitely see how someone who wants to see the best in everyone could be tricked into playing devil’s advocate for some pretty bad cats, but we never actually see that kind of development happening. It could be interesting to see that 😊

Day Two of asking for Sunfall/star, at least for a mini talking video :> I think he's really cool. He was the only one who cared about Bluestar enough to talk her through her grief and mental issues multiple times and even offered to train her himself after Stonepelt retired. Why'd he take such an interest in her?
(I know why logically, Bluestar was the main character and she's *special* ) but from a narrative standpoint, why did he pay so much special attention to her and let her in on Clan secrets that regular warriors shouldn't know, like the amount of lives he had left and how he was only given 8 of them? He was a really good and fair leader, I feel like he's been the only TC leader aside from Bluestar in all of history that wasn't just a boring Honorable Good Guy™️ like most other Clan leaders are. I'm gonna ask on your future talking videos until my comment blows up. :)

I think you should do a video on Scourge, he is just an edgy little guy and i think his story is interesting, and the way Tigerpaw was mean to him as a baby and he held a GRUDGE. Wittle bawby edgylord did not let it slide.
I think it would be interesting if you did a video on Reedshine. From the fan content ive seen of her, she was portrayed to be a "villain" for "stealing" Appledusk in Mapleshades vengeance when in reality she was one of the only innocent cats in that story. I feel like the majority of this fanbase treats her like a homewrecker when she was also lied to by Appledusk and did literally nothing wrong. Overall I think shes a very interesting side character who I personally adore.

Crack theory: Mintfur as in Icewing’s missing mate and Mintfur as in the skyclan she-cat are the same cat. If the way she is described as the skyclan cat is accurate to how you drew her, she colored her fur darker and somehow managed to color her eyes and lead a double life for a while between being Icewing’s loving mate in Riverclan and being her true self in Skyclan and finally decided she couldn’t take being treated as a tom anymore and ran away
I know you've probably been requested this a lot, but I would really like to hear you talk about Jayfeather. He's one of the only rude protagonists that we get at all in the main series, and I feel like he's a very debatable character. You either love him, or you hate him. And I wanna know what you think about him. Do you think his grumpiness is justified? Do you think he should have been made a warrior? I dunno, just think he would be a very interesting character to talk about.
my headcanon is that skyclan mintfur and riverclan mintfur are the same cat, she's actually a transgirl who ran away because she worried her clan wouldnt accept her, and ended up in future skyclan territory. she has no relation to skyclan she just kinda went along with it when firestar showed up and now shes just quietly avoiding her ex

"this basically guarantees she won't be leader." I kind of don't' want her to be leader, knowing the sort of crap she'd have to deal with. But, honestly, as arrogant as Tigerstar's insistence that he knows what's best for these cats is, he's kind of right that they should have just told the truth about what happened to Mistystar and Reedwhisker and gotten the other medicine cats' help right away. I get that they're afraid of other Clans taking advantage of weakness but that was likely to happen no matter what they did.
He's right, but kicked that moral high ground off a cliff the second he invaded Riverclan as a roundabout way of taking out his anger for the loss of his child.
@@muffinland8660 Yeah, even Icewing is probably determined to see as little blood shed as possible, rather than actually convinced this is ideal. After playing nice with the Dark Forest leaders and then trying to appease Darktail, Tigerstar probably doesn't seem that bad by comparison.

I think you should do a video on Harelight, because I believe that maybe he will be the next leader? When you think about it, he is not expected and he also has qualities that would classify him as a good leader in my opinion. But there is one problem: there would be two Harestars. Well, one easy fix would just have his suffix be the prefix of his leader name. Well, I'm getting off track here. Please do a video on him!! He has more relevance than being Frostpaws mentor!!

I might comment this next mini talk if I'm a bit too late, but can you talk about Rainwhisker? You mention that he's a nobody background character, and I believe you but also I remember liking him. I also found it kinda funny he died in a storm when his name has to deal with rain, and for some reason I also always imagined his whiskers were dripping with water. If he is too boring to talk about, Sorreltail and Sootfur can also be added, since littermates and also buff cool Sorreltail
