But, that's about all I know. I haven't scrolled through them, and they've been put on the back burner. (since last year) I just come across this video and it's title grabbed my attention. Now days, this type info can be found on mainstream television. Although I'd disagree, this info was out 15 years ago, maybe not quite as much on mainstream tv, but the internet existed 15 years ago, and various alternative magazines, books, coast to coast with art bell am radio...all had plenty of this type of info. Mixing the word time into it is pointless because the original meaning of the expression time in science is actually just basic relativity. That is, you choose two or more reference objects for observation. Einsteinian physics call this 4D when represented geometrically/in simple mathematics. This because all is in motion in space, variably, so there is no "real" 3rd dimension. The human perception (awareness) is an electromagnetic chargefield ,so it will change if exposed to certain conditions giving an unusual time experience. The clock is in the same role as our senses. The clock does not catch or count anything real, it is a physical object within the laws of nature in how it interacts with other objects through space, and in how it is mechanically designed. You can never go back and forth in a universal time or in a general Cosmos as there isn't any universal time (General relativity is a clumsy compromise of Special relativity , theology and just exaggerated post-Bohr esoterica).

Yes and the editing does the same thing. Either interrupts, or cuts to him talking when you really need to hear the few words he said prior to whatever he's talking about. These things combined are very frustrating. But the content is great.
An interviewer talking more can help the interviewee open up and talk more in return. His interjections are minimal, and beyond the first 10 minutes, he doesn't say all that much.

What they did was amazing and I love it, I would love to experience that. I studied ESP and Mind Control at Berkely and within a short period of time, I found myself teleporting, just like he did. So, astral projection. I've gotten as far as lucid dreaming and that's wonderful but I've not been able to cross the threshold of actual astral projection. The closest I ever got was that intense vibration prior to crossing over (I've read it's what people often experience as they're making the transition) but it frightened me and I lost my focus. That was years ago and I haven't tried since.

As a long time student of UFOs I found this interview fascinating. Would like more info as to dates and locations. Impossible to verify but certainly appears to have the ring of truth.
In 1959, shortly after the GM demonstration of the scaled down version of the 45 foot craft later called "the toy," the govt thugs used guns to raid the OTC building taking everything. All workers including Otis were threatened with treason and told to never speak to one another again. Ralph became a locksmith and eventually started the pods. Basement or backyard science type folks who were interested in filling in the technical gaps and recreating the OTC-X1 or other devices that used coefficient of power. Ralph was never in charge Otis was so he can only share what his tasks were as Otis' apprentice. Ralph is the only one of that small team that I know of, who is still alive or who chose to share any of it. There is a two part video of Ralph building and underground circular home in Arizona, basically a replica of the OTC-X1 and in it, he appears to be in his 50's. This can be found under the Otis Carr TH-cam channel. He later sold that house, not sure of the year, and moved to Paradise, California where he retired from locksmithing. He was born around 1934 and by the year 2000 he was about 66 years of age. Right around retirement age. Paradise was burned to the ground probably by DEW technology and they lost everything except they clothes in their backs, a car and their service animal in 2018, one month after surviving quadruple bypass surgery at age 84. They now live in Arizona once again. When he retired he began to despite the threats of treason by our wonderful government in 1959, to travel and speak more openly about what he knows. He still does phone interviews to this day. He has a website called BlueStarEnterprise.com that may help with more dates.

Most concerned interactions with the SEC regarding selling stock shares, raising money, a projected plan to fly in a saucer to the moon in and back, copy of a brochure selling plans for constructing a working model of the OTC-X1 for only $5.00, interest in the Army and a request for blueprints, or a demonstration of a working model that were discussed but never provided. Tantalizing bits here and there but no real indication that anything ever became of it. Also found documents from the court of appeals from Oklahoma denying that the felony charges against OTC be lowered from felony to misdemeanors. Nothing from the later California period which the video here covered. Do you happen to know where this raided building was located in California, and/or the date of the raid?

Yes, the hand me down story I got about the moon and the charges of illegal fund raising for that trip included the "illness" that cancelled the launch date. I was told (not by Ralph) was that in order to keep Otis' Tesla Tech out of public eye, Otis was forced by others, labeled as an illness, to not launch which betrayed investors causing a legal battle. This did not stop him however, not the alleged corrupt felony charge, not the forced illness, but the raid did. Taking everything from his property did it. Some of us have questioned the eventual burial of Otis T. Carr (RIP) too. Some discrepancies on location & date I think it was. Not hard to hide or to make up facts about a family or a person in genealogy records. Just try to find Pres. George Bush Sr. real last name in any public facing database, paywall or not, Scherf does not show up. I will keep digging and share what I find.

I actually met Prof . George Vantassell (sp) back in 77 or 78 . But we didn't talk about the UFO's until last . Since he worked at the early days of JPL , we talked about an idea for a new lifting body design for both aircraft and spacecraft that I had . Remember that there was no CGI back in the 70's and any alterations had to be done by hand . Except for the ground in the background the movies closely related to the USS Nimitz encounters over the ocean . Other photos were taken from spy satellites in orbit and one from an Apollo mission in orbit around the Earth .

Amazing, I wish more ppl knew n understood reality better. Yeah I remember having the book by Khalil Gibran "The Prophet" and it thought me a lot. I looked for it as a present for my mother in law that passed away a few years back. I searched for it at every antiquarian in my hometown Amsterdam and eventually found a used copy since it is not in reproduction. so when I handed her the present and she opened it up she was not amused at all by the obvious second hand look of the thing and actually gave me a verbal cold shower. Now days, this type info can be found on mainstream television. Although I'd disagree, this info was out 15 years ago, maybe not quite as much on mainstream tv, but the internet existed 15 years ago, and various alternative magazines, books, coast to coast with art bell am radio...all had plenty of this type of info. Now maybe 30 years ago, yes. But 15, not much difference.

What they did was amazing and I love it, I would love to experience that. I studied ESP and Mind Control at Berkely and within a short period of time, I found myself teleporting, just like he did. So, astral projection. I've gotten as far as lucid dreaming and that's wonderful but I've not been able to cross the threshold of actual astral projection. The closest I ever got was that intense vibration prior to crossing over (I've read it's what people often experience as they're making the transition) but it frightened me and I lost my focus. That was years ago and I haven't tried since.

As a long time student of UFOs I found this interview fascinating. Would like more info as to dates and locations. Impossible to verify but certainly appears to have the ring of truth.

In 1959, shortly after the GM demonstration of the scaled down version of the 45 foot craft later called "the toy," the govt thugs used guns to raid the OTC building taking everything. All workers including Otis were threatened with treason and told to never speak to one another again. Ralph became a locksmith and eventually started the pods. Basement or backyard science type folks who were interested in filling in the technical gaps and recreating the OTC-X1 or other devices that used coefficient of power. Ralph was never in charge Otis was so he can only share what his tasks were as Otis' apprentice. Ralph is the only one of that small team that I know of, who is still alive or who chose to share any of it. There is a two part video of Ralph building and underground circular home in Arizona, basically a replica of the OTC-X1 and in it, he appears to be in his 50's. This can be found under the Otis Carr TH-cam channel. He later sold that house, not sure of the year, and moved to Paradise, California where he retired from locksmithing. He was born around 1934 and by the year 2000 he was about 66 years of age. Right around retirement age. Paradise was burned to the ground probably by DEW technology and they lost everything except they clothes in their backs, a car and their service animal in 2018, one month after surviving quadruple bypass surgery at age 84. They now live in Arizona once again. When he retired he began to despite the threats of treason by our wonderful government in 1959, to travel and speak more openly about what he knows. He still does phone interviews to this day. He has a website called BlueStarEnterprise.com that may help with more dates.

Most concerned interactions with the SEC regarding selling stock shares, raising money, a projected plan to fly in a saucer to the moon in and back, copy of a brochure selling plans for constructing a working model of the OTC-X1 for only $5.00, interest in the Army and a request for blueprints, or a demonstration of a working model that were discussed but never provided. Tantalizing bits here and there but no real indication that anything ever became of it. Also found documents from the court of appeals from Oklahoma denying that the felony charges against OTC be lowered from felony to misdemeanors. Nothing from the later California period which the video here covered. Do you happen to know where this raided building was located in California, and/or the date of the raid?

Yes, the hand me down story I got about the moon and the charges of illegal fund raising for that trip included the "illness" that cancelled the launch date. I was told (not by Ralph) was that in order to keep Otis' Tesla Tech out of public eye, Otis was forced by others, labeled as an illness, to not launch which betrayed investors causing a legal battle. This did not stop him however, not the alleged corrupt felony charge, not the forced illness, but the raid did. Taking everything from his property did it. Some of us have questioned the eventual burial of Otis T. Carr (RIP) too. Some discrepancies on location & date I think it was. Not hard to hide or to make up facts about a family or a person in genealogy records. Just try to find Pres. George Bush Sr. real last name in any public facing database, paywall or not, Scherf does not show up. I will keep digging and share what I find.

Remember that there was no CGI back in the 70's and any alterations had to be done by hand .

Amazing, I wish more ppl knew n understood reality better. Yeah I remember having the book by Khalil Gibran "The Prophet" and it thought me a lot. I looked for it as a present for my mother in law that passed away a few years back. I searched for it at every antiquarian in my hometown Amsterdam and eventually found a used copy since it is not in reproduction. so when I handed her the present and she opened it up she was not amused at all by the obvious second hand look of the thing and actually gave me a verbal cold shower. That is until she read the book and got to realize that Khalil was blowing away her previous beliefs of truth, reality and wisdom in a broader sense. She has been grateful and happy about the what is probably the best book one could possibly get as a gift for the rest of her life and I am equally grateful too. Makes me wonder where it is today? Does my wife's sister got it? I must admit I lost mine in the sheer amount of books we have so gotta go and look it up. Well you know I know my mom has a copy and its about the content and not the looks so I can relax. I must recommend this little gem too you all though.
