Little tip for dry skin in winter, keep a bottle of pure almond oil (really cheap from international stores) in the shower. When you finish but you're literally still soaking wet, take a generous amount and rub it all over your body. When you get out and towel yourself down/ dry, the excess oil will be wiped away and you'll be left witht he most gorgeous naturally hydrated skin! I even layer up some more with moisturizer but in the summer oil is enough :) it works way better than putting oil onto dry skin, which can take forever to absorb and feels really greasy . Love your videos, I just wish i had easier access to korean skin care :( makes me feel like im not doing enough
Is it ok to have tea right before sleeping? Wouldn’t it damage teeth? Not a judgment. I love tea - I would LOVE to find one I could drink while chilling in bed after brushing teeth/doing routine but I want to protect my teeth from damage. Especially since I have sensitive teeth. I’m imagining a tea that isn’t caffeinated, is light in color so far less staining, and has very low acidity (so I think the citric acid in this tangerine tea wouldn’t work for me), and is not naturally sweet so it doesn’t feed oral bacteria (so not a fruit tea? I’m not sure if flower teas also naturally have some sugary compounds).
