Thanks for the video! I would like to offer a tip. Plug the microwave in and test it before mounting. Nothing worse than going thru the work just to take it back down and return it to the store.

Do you know how often the charcoal filter needs to be replaced?

Charcoal filter should be replaced every 6-9 months but it really depends on how heavy user you are. Could be less or could be more if you rarely using it. Grease filter don't have to be replaced, they can be washed when they start to get plugged.

To save yourself a step, you didn't have to drill another power cord hole because your cabinet has a lip that gives you enough space at the top to rout the cord. Also, putting the charcoal filter in while the unit is detached is much easier.

Nice to see this install. Wasn't sure on purchasing this model to replace my old one because of a sizing issue , but after watching this I realized Lowe's actually has the wrong dimensions of the microwave on their website! Thank you! Saved me some hassle!

I don't know what do you mean by upper support. Whole microwave weight is sitting on wall bracket and it's enough. Two screws on the top that attached through upper cabinet is basically keeping the microwave from rolling/falling out from that wall bracket. Bottom line you don't have to do anything extra on top of factory instructions.
