Precautions are good but UAE seems to be operating on borderline paranoia now. This is not good for any business.
So many folks have lost their jobs in UAE, expats are leaving the country in hoards. Only expat salaries (the ppl who keep the economic engine running) have been reduced or worst they've lost their jobs.
Worst hit countries with covid are the first to receive entry into the country. I'm not sure who's making the decisions but favoring 'western travellers' isn't gonna work.
The country needs to wisen up and open the work visas and not just visit visas. Nobody is wasting their money if they don't have opportunities to look forward to.
