the chords are F, C, G, F, all major chords and played in the first inversion (the most basic one). Just play the bass note, and then the notes of each chord in an arpeggio. Its all just the white notes of the keyboard. u will get it when you play the first low F. As for the key, im not totally sure actually, since the melody is in Cmaj, but it is odd that the first chord is an F instead of a C, so it could be a mode, im not an expert on that stuff... but im making this too complicated.
