Good but Animal Rights should convince Nepali Government they imply law that breeding should be illegal with huge fine. All the stray dogs should be in proper shelter with good management to be funded by Government and buying/selling dog business should be illegal. The only way for public to keep a dog is by adopting from dog shelter. Also, in Nepal, most dog owners buy dogs for their house safety only, Not from the heart. That's why most of the dogs are kept in chain most of the time throughtout their life which is such a shame and abusing. I wish Nepal to be an Animal Loving country and make a big example for the whole world. One of the important ways to get huge respect from the world. If Nepalese don't realise this, then they just have to stuck with their Everest and Buddha Birthplace which that is nothing to be proud of. But on this, we can be, with smile.
