- Hi all got these today from 2 different stores (they are hard to get in my area). 2 great little locomotives that can pull many times their weight. Interestingly duncans insides look allot like a Tomy locomotives insides, he also runs silently just like a Tomy locomotive. They can both easily pull the 14 truck train and both even pulled an 18 truck train with little effort but I did not get this on film.

I like the black traction tyres, gives a much improved appearance.
Duncan The Rock N Roll Engine
I bought this duncan in a retail shop where TOMY is not available, given the choice I would take the TOMY with trucks.
I got them in a big box of stuff I won on ebay, they originally come from a couple of different tomy sets, TOMY Thomas freight loading set comes with 4 buffers.
Nope this is my old layout :) new one was built around may 2012, anything before this time was the old layout

My sir Handel is pretty fast too I only have the hit toys Duncan does it all

Did they ever make Spencer? Spencer, Murdoch, Harvey, and Salty were the newest engines when I had to give it up.
They sure did!
I feel bad about giving it up. All the things I wanted out of the show happened when I got too old for it.
I have a tomy duncan and I think the new one looks better BUT I got mine wih slate trucks! What would you pick?
What is that red track, I've never heard of it.
I don't have the complete set, just bits and pieces sorry.
why dont you do a review of that set because im planning to buy the set for christmas and hankamericanengine already did it its called "Thomas and the trucks set"

they are in my rolling stock box i have 2 cranes.
Ucwepn you should do different tables for different railways, like how you did with the NWR, and try doing the Skarloey Railway and make a mountain out of boxes like Toytrain4u with Ulfdtead Castle (the old version) and make it your best to the show along with how the sheds are like in WildNorWester series and only for SKARLOEY engines, then try doing the Mid-Sodor Railway with the same way the sheds, mountain and engine like in the show (along with custom RWS Stanley and a custom Smudger), then try the Small Railway custom engines (all) and make the actual shot and all that, then try the Culdee Fell Railway with all the engines along with Godred (use trackmaster revaluation Freddie) and of course THE MOUNTAIN and the best part maybe your should try connecting the NWR to all of the other railway. What do you think of the idea ? And if you do it can you do Request by One Track Mind in the begining ?
