@Kie RaShon I just wonder if the silicone spray would help her out some. I know all units get tangled but that spray is a miracle worker.
@Carla W. i use that for synthetic wig fibers not human hair. Can't hurt to try it though

The company sucks. I got the wig. It came quickly. Ordered another it never came. Dispute with PayPal and now they don’t have it and wanted me to chose something else. No thank you. Money back.
Every year, all Chinese hair companies are on Chinese new year all of january. They just returned. I put the info out so everyone knew. The wig was sold out after my review. Not saying you dont have a right to be upset. But these are the facts.

Love this color
Klaiyi hair is high maintenance and tangles a lot. They are good hair for first timers who don’t wanna pay a lot to see if they enjoy a sew in…but after that incident in better hair and better customer service.
As ai said, fast fashion 🤞🏾💯 Def a good option for those who dont want to spend a lot for trendy looks. If you have a bad experience with customer service, definitely leave a review

Does it bleed? I ask because I bought a wig from them, which was the same color but it was a different one and it bleeded when I spritz it with water and the curl foam
Yes. I mentioned this in the initial install. It bleeds the first wash. I rinsed til water was clear. Hasn't done it again. See the first install video in description

I love mine but baby low quality hair is an understatement. You can’t brush it at all 😂 and the tangles/shedding is ridiculous. Other than that the wig is a cute look but I wish it wasn’t so dry and didn’t kink up so easily.
The more mousse/water you use the better. Do not brush when dry. It will not end well lol. Once it is dry and fluffed, leave it ALONE!

Unfortunately we received 2 totally different wigs that came from China. They were so thin- horrible. We ordered 2 of them… such a disappointment 😭 👎🏾
Make sure you contact them. They have a return and refund policy for this reason

Beautiful unit, but I have to agree -- it is NOT a high quality wig. I purchased my own after watching your previous video and learned very quickly what category to place it in. Wearing it here and there, but not a lot.

Update on my wig…it did not come. ☹️ Last time I heard from them was Jan 26. I was told I had 2 wait until after the Chinese New Year holiday and then my wig would be express shipped. Well they need 2 express ship my refund LOL!

They wigs are terrible the start out good but once you wash it it’s a wrap!!
I only wash mine if it REALLY needs it aka I use a lot of product. Other than that, it's dry shampoo and spray bottle of water for me ( after my first initial wash)
