HI Nadeige! Those pumpkin coaster and placemats are cool. I made heart-shaped coasters (EASY and quick pattern on TH-cam) for my neighbors (two twin ladies who never married) for Valentine's Day; was going to give them to them with a Valentine themed mug and some hot chocolate packets tucked inside but got sick around the holiday, so I have them for the upcoming year. 😉I like making pot holders, I just didn't know if other folks liked getting them as gifts. Blackstone Designs has some adorable Christmas themed potholder patterns which allow you to tuck a packet of cookie mix and a spatula inside too. Yeah, we don't turn the oven on much in the summer at all, but LOVE to bake and cook in the winter. We give cookies to all of my husband's colleagues and our neighbors at Christmastime. And we bake brownies for the vet and local firefighters and police officers who get stuck working if I have any energy left after that. Turtle Trunk has some great videos - I love her Picot Blanket! I keep wanting to crochet a dog themed wreath but haven't gotten around to it. I loved going to apple orchards back in Massachusetts and getting freshly picked apples and cider donuts - YUM!! The Lavender chair has a great tutorial for slippers using blanket yarn! Thank you for sharing all these awesome ideas! (and all those links - WOW! That must have taken a while! I love doing fun little projects! They feel so rewarding and I love gifting things! I have yet to make pot holders, but I think it’s time! Haha. It sounds like you make a lot of quick projects as gifts too! That’s so sweet of you! Thank you for sharing some additional names for tutorials!
