lol yeah heels should be illegal for giraffe-people. My boyfriend is 6"11 and although I love the idea of high heels on men, no, not for him. I already feel like a dwarf next to him and I'm not even short (5"8)
EchoSappho all that means is that u gotta wear even taller heels. Your s/o wears five-inch wedges? You go out and get yourself some drag queen approved platforms.
"You're a straight guy." "Uh yeah." "Allegedly." Omg😂🤓 "I mean, straight up, it hurts." "What hurts? Your masculinity?' I aspire to be this level of savage.
@@maarggg9139 you remind me of the people that get offended when me and my friend say "thats gay" to each other like we're messing with each other but we all are gay (well lesbian but you know what i mean) so we just take it lightly
It's all in the core baby, plus get some heels that FIT. I personally go for open toe heels just because they are comfier and let my toes have space to breathe and not be squished together.
ohmylovelysandra I do the opposite. I prefer closed toe shoes because I feel like I'm strapped in more. It's like how lacing your ice skates super tight gives you better control. That extra snugness helps me feel more balanced. My shoes are never too small, but I don't like the wiggle room.
retron phil5 no it’s not saying that. it’s saying that considering these men just walked for a few mins, they could try running in the heels, bc running is a step harder than walking. your logic is disregarding the hierarchy of difficulty
Tanguy Boulie I know it was just frustrating to watch. And you don't have to be flamboyant to wear heels or anything like that either. it just felt like they were trying to be all "oh look at this gay man who is so gay and hes gonna teach the straight how to act gay cause only gay men wear heels." when that shouldnt have been the message of this video
This video made me so happy it’s so true lol I love the caption “ why did men stop wearing heels” this really caught my attention and damn why does Shane walk better than me
zXxDraco NoobxXz But they did before, so what's your point? Conventions change. There was a time when most men didn't want to wear skinny or slim-fit jeans either, but now it's trendy and they do. In 18th century France and Western Europe, a hot pink suit with silk hose (and heeled shoes) was the height of respectable masculinity. Now it's not because those things are associated with femininity. The things we associate with conventional masculinity and femininity change constantly. The way it is now is not the way it was before, and tomorrow it will be different too.
Lol the only thing I'm furious is the usage of 'straight' and 'gay' adjectives on guys. Like c'mon, y'all just guys. Guys can wear heels whenever they want, regardless you straight as pole or bent as a banana.
It's just another fashion item. Like how we got skinny jeans and varsity jackets. Why y'all people so bothered with fashion items as gender and sexuality identities.
Ivan Mun Mun Because heels are more feminine and men are wearing them so this shows a man bringing his feminine side in and most gay people are gay because they show there feminine side more
+Bungalow Except tall women wear heels too, and it's a taboo for even short men to do so, so I don't see the "whole point". It is dictated by gender rather than actual height, which makes no sense.
Can a skilled artist _please_ draw a dramatic rendition of Lawyer Shane bursting open the courtroom doors?? I don't have any money but I would gladly sell my soul😂
If you're confident with your masculinity wearing high heels wouldn't make you feel uncomfortable, you wouldn't feel the need to constantly make sexist jokes and you'd be fine with doing things that are considered "feminine" in society. I think it's so attractive when guys are comfortable embracing they're feminine side. Everyone has masculinity and femininity regardless of gender. A well rounded Individual is good at embracing both.
More importantly, why do women still wear them when they're uncomfortable and impractical and damage their feet? I'm biased though because whenever I see someone wearing them I just think, "That looks painful and unnatural." And try to stay away from people wearing them because of the number of times someone wearing heels has stepped on my feet and left a massive bruise there. Fair play if people choose to wear them because they like wearing them, but most of the women I've talked to about it have always told me how much they hate wearing them but have to because of work or whatever.
Dane Reads they actually can be comfortable if you size them correctly/buy a decent pair, but fundamentally women still wear them because many are expected to, or because we are taught that they make us look more appealing.
I started wearing heels since I was eleven (so it’s been 15 years) and to this day I adore high heels! Be it kitten heels, stilettos or wedges! Actually people have told me it’s weird when I wear sneakers or flats (only own two of each haha and 40+ pairs of heels) because without heels I walk like a duck. I don’t know many girls that like heels either- most of them prefer sneakers or converse. I get that they are more comfortable (especially when u have to wear them for a long period of time) but nothing beats the feeling of being sexy and pretty when wearing heels :) at least that’s how I feel :)
And I agree with superCappy27! You have to invest in good heels that fit you like a glove. If the material is bad, the sole is too thin or the fit isn’t right, then it will even cause a lot of damage to ur feet!!
Why do they keep saying Homosexual or Gay when referring to the heels they don't make you Gay wearing heels men are allowed to wear whatever they want just like women can
As if Shane needed to be any taller, somewhere Boogara is crying
jono74656 This speaks to my soul. 😂 #boogara
I wish we could have seen Ryan's reaction 😂😂
He was probably hiding under a table because he was scared of being stepped on
lol yeah heels should be illegal for giraffe-people. My boyfriend is 6"11 and although I love the idea of high heels on men, no, not for him. I already feel like a dwarf next to him and I'm not even short (5"8)

Now see Shane is having fun. If the other half of the Ghoul Boys were there - he'd be talking about how you could kill someone with a stiletto heel.
Just to scare poor Ryan
You can, people get stabbed with them.
Shane is already a giant, I'd be terrified to stand next to him in heels 😂
vulcanprincess97 dude, I’m 5’4 I would be squished by shane 😂😂
bro i’m 4’11 i would snap my spine looking at him normally so holy crap
Jokes on you all I'm 6'1 and probably grow a little bit more so i would love to stand next to him
Forget you

Changes vibe quickly doesnt it?
Just noticed someone copied my comment i find it a bit amusing lol. Not nice
Dayana Perez the tea is scorching hot today ☕
Shane is already so tall he barely fits the frame in heels!
"I almost don't believe that he's not a homosexual" 😂😂😂
that moment was actually pretty rude!
I mean not rude to the man but to homosexuals bc it supports prejudice about homosexual people ok sir?
You'll see, gay making fun of gays is like latinos making fun of inmigration, they can do it
@@maarggg9139 you remind me of the people that get offended when me and my friend say "thats gay" to each other like we're messing with each other but we all are gay (well lesbian but you know what i mean) so we just take it lightly
Mimi Lamm didn’t know heels were assigned genders at birth. I’m also sure Mary, Eve, and Jezebel definitely didn’t wear pumps, but go off sis.
“Resident gay expert” says it all
Oh oh are you homosexual ah ah ?
Thomas McGill ment to be sarcasm
Yeah, as a gay person I wanted to peel off my own label and click away. This *does not represent me or my culture*. Officially.

Weird, I just saw the same comment as the top comment...
You copied someone else’s comment.
Shane immediately associating being in heels with being a powerful, capable lawyer. BLESS. HIS. HEART. Good for him.
Shane and Ryan should have a strutting competition lol
Lmao Ryan is struggling 🤣🤣
In my entire adult life I haven't been able to master walking in heels as well as these guys seemed to do in a matter of minutes.
Whoops, looks like we got an incel here! Good sir! Pray-tell, what are you doing out of your usual habitat?
geekymelanin, that reply doesn't have any correlation with OP's comment
Oh I see lol

I LOVE how serious they took it. He needs a purse? WHERE IS HIS PURSE?
Just add 'for men' after heels, and I'm sure they will sell ;)
Harshil Patel kinda like deodorant xD
As a woman, I love this comment 😂
you're so right!
Manheels tm
Harshil Patel I dare you to stop commenting on Buzzfeed videos
look, this may be my lesbianism talking but men look SO GOOD in heels
If that's you in your pic you're cute :) and I'm a girl
My favorite is when Liam Hemsworth and Jimmy Fallon wore them on the Tonight Show. Liam looked hot.
Rhett and Link look pretty good in them as well.
lol, I just thought the same and I'm asexual 🤣
Ikr
aw thank you!! but it's not me haha it's jessica brown findlay on harlots :)
They’re learning... putting Shane in the thumbnail so everyone will click
My logic is simple:
I see Ryan and/or Shane on a thumbnail, I click
Same
My tree baby Shane is now taller than the tallest sycamore!
"Walking like a baby giraffe" Like same 😂😂😂
God that was funny 😂
Try running in heels like Bryce Dallas Howard in Jurassic World.
retron phil5 sure but she insisted on wearing the heels instead of taking it off during a scene
retron phil5 but she did it in real life, so???
retron phil5 no it’s not saying that. it’s saying that considering these men just walked for a few mins, they could try running in the heels, bc running is a step harder than walking. your logic is disregarding the hierarchy of difficulty
retron phil5 im not doubting that. but you have to at least recognise the difficulty of running in heels in comparison to walking in them
zitronentee they did XD
- I mean, straight up, it hurts.
- What hurts? *Your masculinity?*
Totalimmortalx1991x, "No, that's fine".
Made me laugh so hard! XD
ash h wait what is that supposed to mean???
Jay . Exactly
ash h what in the world are you talking about????

Tanguy Boulie well I dont think theres an significant amount of straight men wearing heels in todays time
My guess is that gay men are generally more comfortable showing their femininity than straight men.
Issa stereotype
Only watching to see Shane in heels.
same, Shane is everything
There’s a reason he’s the thumbnail for this.
I lost it at that "allegedly" 😂😂😭
This video made me so happy it’s so true lol I love the caption “ why did men stop wearing heels” this really caught my attention and damn why does Shane walk better than me
Des Cheilas It stopped being defined as masculine according to the video. And i doubt any men wore heels of the fashion women wear today.
Why does it matter ? Fashion is subjective, let people wear what they what.
omg ryann walk better than me 😩
Ta’MariahJ 💯👍
i play call of duty 24-7 The black guy teaching Shane how to walk is also named Ryan.
Me to . Lol
Shane is so my fave, it's not even a question.
yes shane honey weeeerrkkk 👏🏻👏🏻
One time I was wearing heels and nearly stumbled in front of my guy friends. My friend Jorge asked me, "You okay Bambi?"
Because like most social constructs. Gender roles have changed with the times.
Meme Generator no, most men just don't want to wear heels
Meme Generator Gender is not a social construct.

Shane inarguably has the best reaction 😂
I’m short. Heels are my best friends
LizMarie Diaz I'm hella tall but they are still my best friend
Bruh, same. I wear them every day and guys are like "Those must huuuuurt" but they don't and I need to reach shelves.

Farmer Cooking practice makes perfect
