last time I was in Leavenworth was in the late 80's and it was just 5 or 6 stores lit up and some of the trees, now it's HUGE, so glad they kept up with the architectural style of Bavaria, such a great little town!
We absolutely love Leavenworth and the Bavarian buildings are so charming and really add to the Christmas theme.

Seems to be more Bavarian than Bavaria but beautiful none the less. Would like to visit although, it is a bit to far to travel as I live in London and easier to get to Bavaria than Washington State. Maybe one day🎄🎅

It is worth it. We recently visited again and had so much fun. We also experienced the new Alpine coaster, which is only a few minutes from downtown. Video to follow soon.

Hi! planning to visit, but don't want to do so in large crowds. What day and time did you go to film this? Looks like the perfect amount of people.
It was during the week in the evening time. Everything was closed for the most part which is the only downfall. If you just want to enjoy the sights and maybe do some sledding while the crowds are low, it's a great time!
The lights stay on through late February, and it isn't as busy then as during December. If you wanted to go in December, mid week is good, though every day during the two weeks of Christmas and New Years tend to be busy. I live here BTW.
