That's where the problem lies, sister. These so called Muslims are raising their voices and we r keeping quite and feel ashamed. What are we ashamed of? They don't represent Islam. Our only vision in life is to follow Islam and represent it the best way. Let these women do whatever they want. If evil exits Allah places goodness on the earth too. So let's be that goodness to people around us. Don't feel ashamed or depressed due to some uneducated people. It doesn't have anything to do with Islam or women. When a person opens their mouth they just express who they are. So it's about them. Not us. Islam is our pride and we follow it proudly. And we can only do that by gaining more and more knowledge of our deen. In sha Allah.

ISLAM GIVES RIGHTS To WOMEN BUT MOST OF MEN DON’T !!! It’s the bitter truth ! The issue is NOT Islam but those big number of men who insult & degrade women in their own homes as father , brother , husband , son , uncles , neighbors IN THE NAME OF ISLAM ! ASK men are they giving women those rights that she have by the book of Allah with its true & fair interpretations ?? What is the ratio , percentage of men in our society,who are actually following Prophet Mohammad (Pbuh ) Who is as kind , loving , caring respectful , just , fair , polite, Noble , pious Soft spoken , sacrificing , loyal , helpful , truthful, Humble , thankful , appreciating , sweet supportive, like our prophet to every women in their lives and in their society ??? HOW MANY ?? If they reply Yes then why in our society women are in such terrible conditions generally! If Women should do their best to become mominat but the question is that does our society imply the same rule for men to become Momin first ?? Women also have the same book and same God as Men !! Allah kay haan dono ka gunah or dono ka sawab brabar hay ! But sadly in our country it’s not even / brabar !! If Islam is truly practiced it wouldn’t be like this ! In Islami jamhuria Pakistan there is NOTHING Islamic , except rituals , otherwise the corruption in the society on each and every level wouldn’t be like this ! But before any protest , we need to do the ground level work , need to address the root level problem and that is the tarbiat/ training of boys particularly & girls in general ! ( I said in general for girls because anyways in our society they are the subject of training/ instructions from everyone & anyone ! )and if training will be done right & adequately the gender base inequality or abuse of rights issues will not even arise from any side ! If the boys are being taught that Respect and value human being and that Woman is a human being too she needs to respected & valued , appreciated , loved equally, and if the girls are being taught that men are not their rivals or pharaohs they need to be respected, valued and appreciated, equally then society can live in harmony regardless of gender , color , ethnicity, language or race ! For now may be it’s useless to try to educate people who wouldn’t understand while they don’t want to be educated or even hear another opinion that’s infact totally within the boundaries of Allah ! They have cunningly accused women who simply want the rights that Allah gave them but they Didn’t and many of them intentionally pretend that they don’t understand while they know what it means unfortunately including women too , let them live in the same condition sufferings for few more centuries! If Men are actually practicing Islam and giving rights to women WHY women Fear them so much in middle class & lower middle class generally ! Now I hope that some very privileged women don’t jump into this and say that No “I am a Woman myself Aur aisa kuch nahi hota “ If you have that story you are blessed and lucky be thankful but don’t deny other people’s sufferings and find proper methods to get them help if you think other people using the wrong ones ! May Allah give hidayat to our whole nation ( MEN & Women ! )

Ive seen women in my life, getting beaten and abused. I think we Pakistanis are not Islamic. I wish this aurat March was more directed towards bringing Islamic norms and right for women because we live in an Islamic country. Majority of Pakistanis don’t understand the rights of women provided by Islam. I think between Pakistani patriarchy and stupid aurat March, we’ve totally ignored Islamic rights of women jokay is maaashray mein nhi hain. I wish Woh hotay.
The Islamic stories you’re telling our brilliant. The way our prophet PBUH treated his daughter is beyond feminism. How he loved his daughter was remarkable. But unfortunately in Pakistan, this is not the case. People hate it when they give birth to their daughters. Pakistani society and Western society, both are manipulating women.
