Loved the talk, also the ideal time for weightlifting is actually around evening cardio can be done around morning better, because in the morning people don't have that much energy for weight lifting, also people think that it interferes with sleep but researches show that exercise at evening helps sleeping better except cardio, it also depends on diff people as well!
