To get here, go to Night World and go right until you see a computer with a purple screen (you may need to go down a bit). Interact with it to go to Lavender Office, then go right until you see a purple door with a hole in the middle, enter it to go to The Magic Nexus (also known as Verdant Nexus originally) and interact with the white door with music notes.
This feels oddly empty without the drums and other instruments. I guess that fits what Ferdy was going for...
