For me this type of journaling is a creative therapy type outlet one could say. I did more written journaling my years growing up but this gives me more freedom to let go of control, just let the creativity flow in a more natural way. I work as a freelance artist so Im creative in general but this gives me a different type of creative outlet while also showcasing my art as I use my own art & figures in the journal, like you did with the girl figures. But also combine with photos, showcasing memories & sometimes write a little about whatever adventure Ive been on. We all have our "outlets" 🙂
