Sounds like "fēi cháng hǎo". (非常好). That means "Very good." It's not exactly wizardry. Since pinyin input methods usually predict the most likely combination of words, you could look that up just as easily as me.
Who thought it was good idea to have the same word for two opposite actions ? I can hear the difference in tone when you say it slowly, but in a sentence , no chance
