@@mjc9388 she wasn't the one who paid salaries though, but they watched teachers work for many years with only 3 month salary paid.
@@MudasirJibril-sf2yb today, students don't write end of term exams and they cannot be repeated. Exams scores (BECE and WASSCE) are manipulated to give the impression that quality education is ongoing.
