    Lindsey helped me soooo much during my pregnancy. I didn't know what to do, everyone said "just do pilates" but all prenatal videos I watched were only suitable for people who don't regularly work out and I was so frustrated. Then I found NML and was so excited. Actual workouts that took into consideration the factor of being pregnant but still challenging. Sometimes the volume gets a bit much due to the limited rest time (some strength workouts may turn into cardio if you are not super focused on keeping the heart rate down) but I love her and I really believe she is very underrated.

    Big fan of Juice and Toya! They have a great vibe and its usually something easy to slot in if I don't feel like the gym but still want to move

    I love your functional shorts, Justina! Yoga with Kassandra helped me survive the isolation and despondency I felt during the pandemic. She helped me rediscover my love for yoga which I’d lost. Thank you as well for bringing joy, intelligence and humor into the fitness of my life that goes past yoga. ❤

    Love Abby Pollock's workouts. She really knows what she's talking about. Her programming now is pretty similar to how it was in that video to chose.

    Fellow long-term planners unite! I am a high school teacher, and some of my colleagues think I'm nuts to have my entire school year plotted out in August. In my brain, I can't NOT know what I am doing or where I am headed. James Clear said it best, "You don't rise to the level of your goals, you fall to the level of your systems." I plan WAY ahead so when $#@! hits the fan, I have safety nets in place. Keep doing the damn thing!
    Also, I LOVE the weekly vlogmas format. It is refreshing, and I much prefer one long video vs. daily shorter ones.

      I try not to! It’s best (especially for women) to at least get a bit of protein and carbs beforehand :)

    Hey! I have a few questions..
    1. I started with the same workout plan you did for kari like 2 years ago? I think was when you did the video featuring her. I don’t have access to increase my weight much so for the last 12 weeks (since doing this plan) I have increased the lower half from 10-20 (have to go slow to not aggregate my prolapse and make sure I don't get symptomatic) so in between increasing that weight, I changed tempo to challenge the muscles. I'm still at 10 lbs for my upper body because I can't increase the weight yet (I have weights but buring under our moving stuff from moving in April) so have been working on different tempos. I've been doing this same pla for 12 weeks, but want to know when I need to change the type of workout. For example, shoulder presses into a different type of should workout. Rows into another back exercise etc..or do I even need too?
    2. I do full body on mon, upper wed and lower Friday (you had this for Kari) and its worked well for me..sondering if I'm doing this…if there is a need to do any other type of workout then other days (outside of yoga or maybe pilates, walking etc.. Or is this enough? As far as “workout” is concerned?

      @ I started your plan for her to just get back into working out period..it worked! I had similar goals to her, just wanting to get stronger and in better shape (I've never been more than sbout a size 6 or so (maybe the so right after having my daughter but went back to “normal” withhin about 1 1/2-2 years I feel like. I have some aesthetic goals mixed in but that's just part of the territory with my main goals.. Be strong and have long term goals of being able to move for the rest of my life (I’ll be 35 in march)…

      @@blessedmamascorner Got it! Without remembering what I programmed for Kari (sorry it's been a long time), I'm sure that program is perfectly fine for what you're looking for. I typically recommend changing your programming every 4-12 weeks, so you'll probably want to progress soon :)

      @ okay so change the workout move itself? Or just weight or tempo? I’ve done this like move from a regular deadlift to one leg with one foot on the ground, sometime I do a few with my foot off to work on balance..etc but the shoulder press I’ve left the same, 10lbs but changed tempo

      @ I change my client’s entire programs every 4 weeks! You want to very and scale your programs to avoid overuse :)

    I’d really like to try some flow style workouts but after seeing all that sped up rolling from the floor to back up, I know my POTS wouldn’t be able to handle it 😅 I’m glad you actually got to do some good workouts this week!

      As a side note, would love to see a future video (if you don’t already have one) about how to make the most of your workouts depending on how many days a week you can do them. I can pretty much only do 2 strength days a week and I’m not sure if I’m really doing what works best for that frequency.

    I too am only doing yin yoga these days. I'm old and my fascia need the time in poses and I love the slow slow pace. My young friends hate it😢
    Devi Daly Yoga is a great yin yoga channel. I also like Timberlake yoga, but she's not filming new content.

    Justina, I love your videos and really appreciate your great tips on exercise and realistic nutrition! But, I am sorry but I have to say, it is killing me a bit every time you blow (is that how you say it? not a native speaker sorry) on your makeup brushes :D I know it is fine, only you are using them and your skin and eyes clearly have no problems because of this, but all I can think of when I see it is nooooo all the bacteriaaaaa ^^ I'm sorry, just needed to scream this into the void! :D Just ignore me and keep doing all your amazing work
