A few more pro tips:
- Billy's Ultimate does benefit from his Core Passive. This will reset him after the ultimate.
- You do not need to start dealing damage In Crouching Shot to gain his Core Passive. It is activated the moment he transitions into the Crouching Shot mode. Particulary useful when you're attempting to capitalize on stun duration.
- With M2, you can trigger Perfect Assist & Perfect Dodge in one attack if conditions are right.
- With M2, Rolling Shot Perfect Dodge does not consume Dodge CD, so abuse it whenever possible and save Dodge for when you cannot do Rolling Shot.

As a billy main i can tell you that the ult gets a buff from crouching shout by my testing (altho probably flawed due to it beikg on a boss)
But i think its noticeable, you go from shredding 40% of the hp to 50% ish of it (1 chain attack)

Been maining him till now for SD n others but im still curious whether it is just to spam the 360 degree shot(the dash attack ofc maintaining the dmg bonus) or just keep holding the crouch firing cuz i sometimes find hold crouch firing can be better than spamming the dash attack

IMO Dash attack spam are great when facing multiple enemies

Bro don't tell me this buff snapshots on his ultimate if U launch it during crouching shot. Isn't that too much DMG buff as in 50% cs buff +100% from his additional ability at 2 stacks😅.
Also how does his M2 favor the woodpecker set pls?

Trust me, with the new Shiyu Defense you'll need EVERY single buff possible lol
Also for Woodpecker it would also stacks normally but I can't say for sure since I haven't build my billy yet
