Nice to see you getting some harvest in👍, just keep going on the dry days.Totally different year, your approach to combining and drying is spot on.Great effort from all the team 👌.
I found watching grain dry quite interesting, particularly the way you used conveyors, trailers and telehandler to move it around. All this info feeds into how I play Farming Simulator to try and be as realistic as the game allows, as well as keeping me entertained. By the time I am belatedly watching these videos you are closer to 3500 subscribers, hopefully it brings you a bit of extra money to offset the poor grain prices! 🙂
Totally non-farming person here, learning things from your videos. Never realised how much more effort is needed when the weather is bad at harvest time. Keep on educating us.
Your final comment Rob is what makes your Videos so interesting, a smaller family farm sorting out things for yourselves. Such a variety of Interests. 👍
Rob may be small farm but you are not reliant on contractors for the most part. Maybe Santa will bring you a upgraded combine as combining in wet season a nightmare
Evening Rob I think you and your family are doing a great job of harvesting your crops and getting them it the sheds, this year’s weather is hopefully getting better soon. Fenland Rob 🍺
You dont have to be a big farmer to get followers just be yourself and tell it how it is, your doing great explaining whats happening day to day, how do you think the spud trade will be this year, up or down?
I appreciate that! And appreciate the views and comments mate , the spud trade …. We never like to say but I hope it’s good as less has been grown , it’s costs a lot more to put a spud in the ground now , so I hope the output is good

When you're tipping through the little chute, how long does it take to empty a full trailer?

Hi Rob you need to get your dad to build a hopper to go over the drier fed instead of loading trailers
Yes we probably will do , in the future when the dryer has its own shed
