You told me you loved my question in the last video, but you didn't provide an answe?. I'll askagain. Excellent crop of potatoes, but how come there are so few small tubers? Are you grading them out, out of shot? Is it down to the variety? Is it the irregation? Combination? Another interesting video. Well done. Must get round to the local Chippy, to taste these loverly new potatoes. Now at their best, befor too much of the starch converts to sugars.
Apologies for not responding to the last videos question, we havnt got many small tubers …reason for this is , bigger field rotation for potatoes is one factor . We tend to rent neighbours fields that havnt been spuds in over 10/15 years. The bigger break in rotation, the better yield and crop in theory ! Plus my ol man has a spraying plan that he sticks by that’s worked for us for the pasts 5 years !

Hi Rob. Whats the dry matter on those sagitta?
The dry matter is 19 I believe , we had the merchant come and test them the other day , they fry in 6 minutes and they and perfect 👍🏻
