I replaced my tensioner and belt but not the pulley or plate. 2 days later my belt broke and shredded. I found the tension pulley bracket loose. All pulley still turn smooth. Did I install something wrong?

I don’t know if anything was done wrong. If nothing is broken, make sure to install belt fully over every pulley.
@@eurospecdLIVE just found out I didn’t have it fully over water pump pulley and it got cut as it seared itself. Thanks to an eagle eye friend of mine
