It's only money grab. I've been doing scar treatments for 5 years now. I've spent money on any available "CLAIM" for acne scars treatment and nothing has worked. The results are only temporary and last for at best 3 weeks and then the skin goes back to how it was in the beginning. and I'm realizing that as time goes on and I get older the scars are getting worse, even though I'm still continuing micro needling and CO2 fractional. I guess it must be due to age and collagen loss.
There will be no improvement in one section. Atlist 5 sections are needed. Any single procedure will not bring any improvement in the scar. Different types of scars need to be different type of treatment. I suggest you please take fractional CO2 laser with Subcision. I hop You can definitely see improvement on your scar. Microneedling with RF not more than effective.

larki dont be disappointed , im 31 too recently had my fractional laser session and saw some improvement , fractional as compare to micro needling is more aggressive , as my dr told me 1 fractional session is equal to 3 micro needling sessions ,so keep up with ur remaining sessions

I recently underwent MNRF for my acne scars. Post treatment I came across some disadvantages of the treatment such as melting of facial fat, and electric energy from the device causing paralysis of the nerves. All of this to be taken seriously if the needle depth is above 2mm used on the facial areas. The doctor took it steadily, not at all aggressive, but I’m experiencing little inability(difficulty) to smile fully and my cheeks have thinned(to certain small extent) visibly. I’m guessing she’s used 1.5-2mm. It’s been 3 weeks since the procedure, I’m hoping there’s no reason to worry and this is a common problem and the issue is only temporary.

Hi! Please check Subcision - rolling/depressed scars have their scar tissue attached to your face fat or worse, skin muscle - both causing the pulling down/depressed skin. If the the acne scars are attached to your fat/muscle then no laser nor microneedling can de-attach that nor will these treatments actually be effective because the scars are still being pulled down. I just had my subcision yesterday and I can already see milder depressed scars elevated (will be doing RF Microneedling soon!). When your scar tissues aren't attached to fat/muscle then it will actually elevate naturally and with the help of collagen inducing treatments- it will improve so much! I highly recommend reading and watching what Subcision is from derma channels and ask your doctor/derma about it.
Very honest review even have taken 4 session n not much visible change seen .Derrma roller is not so apt for after 30 yrs as per my view, regret why I have seen your video before taking my session atleast I can save my money .God bless u n keep doin such honest review.

Actually true, me and my brother also took 3 session of the dermapen microneedling treatment but rarely we have seen any change. Its all waste of money but I think that CO2 laser or TCA cross can do some wonders. so next I am gonna try them. one harsh truth is also thiat the DR's will always suggest you to go for microneedling as this fill their pocket much more than CO2 or TCA cross or plasma(PRP) or subcision or other treatment, so always do your own research that which treatment you need for ur scars. Be Ware !!!!!
I have taken 2 sessions of TCA first one was quite good but second sessions was not as expected as i have still dark marks on cheeks it doesn't go after 25 days . Hopefully it will vanish 🤞🏻

Subcision is awful! why would you injure your skin on purpose? if the skin had the ability to cure injuries it wouldn't have had scars in the first place. Unfortunately I did subscision sessions and wherever the needles had entered my skin it left a worse scar than the first acne ones. Please NEVER encourage anyone to do subcision.

You still haven't been knowledgeable about MNRF and its effect. You'll need at least 6 sessions and patience is the key. Do you know it takes more than 6 month to a year to actually see the result as collagen induction in our body is a slow process, you gotta give it a time before calling it a fail. I have done it and with even 4 sessions im seeing noticeable difference but scars are still there so patience my friend. MNRF is most incredible treatment for the scars

Please complete your sessions, you wont see any remarkable improvement after 1 or 2 sessions.. I went through co2 then mnrf then prp each with 1 month gap repeated the sequence 3 times.. it was only after my second mnrf or in total 5th session, i could see improvement.

Thank you so much for enlightenment. I got better results with derma roller home treatments. I wanted to remove few scars on my skin and the lady I consulted suggested to do patch treatment of tca cross peel for ice pic scars. The treatment has its side effects. Some of my ice pic scars have healed but tca peel gave some new widen scars. Plus there is pih. Pigmentation is not easily going even after 3 months. That dr. Suggested me to do MNRF. Right now I don't think after watching your video I will go for it. I achieved better results with derma rolling at home in past. Will try to do my skin care routine that wasting my money.

You can not tell the difference in just only one session. Continue doing all session and u will see the result.I have done 6 microneedling treatment and i saw 30 % around result . Then my doctor suggest me fraxel and i have done 2 treatment with the great results.
Some comments are like" All hats and No cattles" ( pardon me plz) Now one bitter truth :- if your financial condition is not good and yet U do a almost 50000 treatments for 50 percent result then in my point of view simply it's not worthy . I had similar experience. I have done subcision and pixel laser resurfacing from Oliva bangalore, it was utter waste of money. No improvement and feeling like scars are more visible now. Now they are asking me to do mnrf.

Actually true, me and my brother also took 3 session of the dermapen microneedling treatment but rarely we have seen any change. Its all waste of money but I think that CO2 laser or TCA cross can do some wonders. so next I am gonna try them. one harsh truth is also thiat the DR's will always suggest you to go for microneedling as this fill their pocket much more than CO2 or TCA cross or plasma(PRP) or subcision or other treatment, so always do your own research that which treatment you need for ur scars. Be Ware !!!!!
I have taken 2 sessions of TCA first one was quite good but second sessions was not as expected as i have still dark marks on cheeks it doesn't go after 25 days . Hopefully it will vanish 🤞🏻

Subcision is awful! why would you injure your skin on purpose? if the skin had the ability to cure injuries it wouldn't have had scars in the first place. Unfortunately I did subscision sessions and wherever the needles had entered my skin it left a worse scar than the first acne ones. Please NEVER encourage anyone to do subcision.

You still haven't been knowledgeable about MNRF and its effect. You'll need at least 6 sessions and patience is the key. Do you know it takes more than 6 month to a year to actually see the result as collagen induction in our body is a slow process, you gotta give it a time before calling it a fail. I have done it and with even 4 sessions im seeing noticeable difference but scars are still there so patience my friend. MNRF is most incredible treatment for the scars

I went through co2 then mnrf then prp each with 1 month gap repeated the sequence 3 times.. it was only after my second mnrf or in total 5th session, i could see improvement.
But after that the improvement was worth the process.. it takes time and even after your last session the collagen gets build up upto an year..

Thank you so much for enlightenment. I got better results with derma roller home treatments. I wanted to remove few scars on my skin and the lady I consulted suggested to do patch treatment of tca cross peel for ice pic scars. The treatment has its side effects. Some of my ice pic scars have healed but tca peel gave some new widen scars. Plus there is pih. Pigmentation is not easily going even after 3 months. That dr. Suggested me to do MNRF. Right now I don't think after watching your video I will go for it. I achieved better results with derma rolling at home in past. Will try to do my skin care routine that wasting my money.

You can not tell the difference in just only one session. Continue doing all session and u will see the result.I have done 6 microneedling treatment and i saw 30 % around result . Then my doctor suggest me fraxel and i have done 2 treatment with the great results.
