Hi I didn't put any ads here it's from youtube side. At the moment you have the option to download it to your pc and then to run it without any ads . Unfortunately at the moment I can't take the ads off because my channel isn't monetized yet and youtube decided to do that.

Please note that every person that subscribe here also help me get closer to 1000 subscribers and then will give me the ability to control the adds and to remove the adds from videos like this one.

You should take out the advertising. It’s really annoying if you are meditating, think about the people not about the money
