Dope 🔥🔥🔥 Can we get a follow up on this chassis, I really wanna know about how it preforms and the adjustability of it compared to the other big dogs on the track like yd2sx3, overdose galm, d5s pro, mst, rhino maxx vs this chassis compare and contrast pros n cons of each. Idk that would have helped me pit tremendously before I bought my 1st chassis. 🤙 Thanks you guys rock. 🤘
Sadly, this bad boy was sold shortly after we completed this video and it has exchanged hands numerous times. Going back a generation to the PDSR-SE (rear motor instead of mid) I think the usukani chassis as a whole is a heavy hitter and when you compare the performance of the sx/rx3 to them, they come out swinging with a significantly lower price point. That said, certain things are hard to get replacement parts for and in that I would say is the one fault on Usukani that Yokomo has the upper hand. Otherwise send it they are rad and I’d venture you’ll be plenty pleased with one. May even want to check the prospects on the newest Usukani chassis coming in a few weeks that replace the PDS generation entirely and take everything positive they have learned and are applying it to a flex deck with adjustable motor orientations .
@@ScaleScience like I said in another 1 of your vids I slipped hard on tht ice n I went full send on a yokomo sx3 but if I knew before there were competitors at more reasonable price points I would have went with that with more cash for different upgrades. Idk but I slipped 🤦♂️love your content keep it up to all the bros that feature Here yall are 🔥🤙
I would call it an SX3 Killer! I’ve put on a Yokomo transmission shim plate and awapped the stock dampers for Yokomo big bores and the thing is just an absolute weapon once you dial in the setup. It’s one of the easiest chassis to take apart and work on/adjust too (in my aresenal) and I’ve personally liked the PDSR-SE chassis so much I just got my NGE delivered today!
@@tredizzle83 highly unlikely as the NGE is the next iteration of the PDS platform. Id except only better chassis to come out. I could be wrong though, but the NGE is pretty much a mix with 18 adjustable motor positions and A 4 gear trans. Outside of that nearly identical
