jones should not play edge hes better in the middle he was pretty bad but useable on the edge hes also like 290 so he wont be dropping into coverage like mafe and chena can
That's fair. I think he could be a good role player but I really emphasized long term upside (because I don't think the hawks are in a winning window in 2024). But I totally get where you are coming from. Thanks for watching!
If Dee (I’m made from styrofoam) Eskridge can stay healthy for a full year? And with the new kickoff rules, Eskridge could be a special team weapon! He’s got 4.3 speed, he’s got that twitchy ability and could realistically break some big runs! I also expect K-9 to rush for over 1,000 yards and Charbonnet close to 1,000 yards. Imagine Tyler, DK and JSN all receiving over 1,000 yards this season…❗️ I was always a Michael Penix fan! I saw his athleticism firsthand at the UW, however I didn’t know that he had 4.4 speed! If for some reason Penix is still on the board @16, it’s a no brainer for Seattle! We could even trade down if Schneider has identified him as our next franchise QUARTERBACK! #LFG #12,s #LoudestStadiumInTheNFL. IMO, Seattle comes just short of the playoffs this season, but watch out in ‘25❗️Our defense should be becoming NASTY…And our offense should be able to drop 30 on any team in the league, period! #GoHawks
The reason they got 1 year deals is because if a player turns out bad u don't sign them back again and u won't owe them much money but if there good we can sign them to a contract
For sure. I don't mind the focus on the 1 year deals. The hawks probably aren't in a winning window right now so these low risk dice rolls are great moves. Thanks for watching!
I feel like for some reason every single time the Seahawks make a blockbuster trade to acquire a player, it almost ALWAYS BOMBS! And not in a good way…Ever since we traded our All-Pro Center (Max Unger) to the Saints for TE Jimmy Graham, it rarely works out for Seattle. Percy Harvin, maybe Dre’mont Jones? Etc. But the under the radar moves have worked out brilliantly! Quandre Diggs, Julian Love, Nwosu. Seattle should stick to 1-2 year “prove it” deals! If they work out, they get extended! If not, they’re outta here! Seattle’s got a bad history when trading for big time FA’s, but the Russell Wilson trade will go down as 1 of the most lopsided trades in NFL HISTORY❗️In only 2 seasons with Denver, Russell is already on to a new team!
I don't know if we need that. I mean we could take 1 maybe but I think we are already 4 deep (Leonard Williams, Jarran Reed, Mike Morris, and Dremont Jones) so they could add someone late but I think all of the primary starters and rotational players are already here.
Yeah unfortunately he got signed after this video. I might get to a short on him at some point but the cliff notes version is he is a very explosive playmaker with the ball in his hands but probably won't have a massive role on the offense with the skill group that the hawks have. He will probably be a fantastic kick/punt returner and get in on some special gadget plays but that's about it. Exciting player to watch tho!
That's probably fair. To be clear, I think he will have a great impact, but I think it will probably be just a 1 year deal. Which that limits how good it can be. I think when we look back at this signing in 5 years we might say that we overpaid for a single year of production (in a year that we aren't in a championship window) but don't get me wrong I am hyped to watch him play in Seattle.
Yeah I just wanted to make sure everyone was on the same page. I have seen some people give out B's as average which I don't understand. Thanks for watching!
Reed, Hankins, Williams in the middle with Nwosu and Mafe or even Jones outside could proof to be very tough to run against

Thanks for the cool video!
Glad you liked it!
Thanks so much for a great summary of Free Agency. Go Hawks!
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for watching!
Hankins looks like a beast. Him and Leonard will be quite the duo.
Absolutely. He totally could be the guy that we were missing from last year to really plug up holes in the run game so I'm actually pretty hyped.
I don’t agree with the Jenkins grade but agree with everyone else!! Great video and insight man 💪💪

That Adams whiff on a blitz on Howell continues to be a total head-shaker. Unbelievable.
Great vid, subbed!
Thank you!

I agree with you that K-9 and Charbonnet are talented running backs, but I do not see them both getting 1,000 yards until our offensive line improves.
D- is cracy

Curhan was a pretty good run blocker...should have kept him
I agree. He was nice depth - I just don't want him playing as much as he did 🤣
One or 2 more Dts from the draft for some depth we good

Also have cam young don’t know how you feel about him
Leviska Shenault??

Baker signing deserves a higher grade. Imo anyways.

Your C grade is no different than anybody else to see grade average

Hater
On what specifically? The whole thing in general or is there one signing you are higher on?
