Yo egg advise… put milk in the eggs when you scramble them in the bowl (personally love almond in them) it makes them fluffy and taste amazing when you cooks them.

I watched your cold shower challenge. I take cold showers but only in the summer and before bed at night. I couldn't do it in the morning. It feels awesome after you get out of the shower. I start out with a hot shower. Not so hot that it burns my skin but hotter than is comfortable. After a few minutes I turn off the hot water completely and take a cold shower for maybe 3 to 5 minutes. You will feel so good after that.
