Have you been to SUYO on Main Street? I have a reservation there next month. Looking at photos of the food, the menu, and its reviews, I'd assume it will make an appearance on the next Michelin guide come October 5th - we'll see though, I can't judge until I've actually been but I have high hopes
The mushroom agnolotti looked very underwhelming from the picture alone, drenched in too much sauce and a bit oily appearance as a result. Wouldn't expect that type of mistake from a Michelin recommended restaurant.
