Hello, you didn't mention the proportion of the water to flour. You mentioned two cups of wheat flour, salt, and 2 tbsp of oil (30 ml), but how many cups of water are needed? + 2 tbsp of milk.. and while rolling the bhakri into a round shape, it breaks out in the corners, which you then fold together and make a new round shape.. which also breaks on the corner. In USA we live in cold weather .. so without knowing the water proportion to the flour it will be useless to try.. pl, give us the exact water measurement for 2 cups of wheat flour. Thanks.
