    Thanks for the tour. Some of us will never make it there so a quick tour like this really gives us an idea what it would have been like. Thanks.

    A local here. You're right on Battlestar, during the early years, the duelling feature was deliberate and always occurring. Also, Human (red) used to have a lap restraint instead of a shoulder one now, which made Human many times scarier than Cylon due to the mid-air hanging feeling.
    I reckoned after addressing the safety concerns, they've swapped all restraints to shoulders, and changed the seats from 4 per row to 2 per row. I'm sure they could still synchronise the duelling of the coasters.... but *shrugs*

    Good job as always and it’s a video well needed for all Disney, Universal, etc park videos yall do!! A lot of people simply do know about these rides, even if they are veterans of the US parks and even those are sometimes surprising to people! Keep it simple as you have and add little details that make us want more! ^_^

    USS is different from other Universal parks is that it's not really worth a trip for the park, but rather a stop at the park while in the city.

    The only real major concerns I have about this Park are the wait times & the lack of non-cloned rides. Besides those two concerns, everything else feels like it would make for an incredible park - elite attractions/IPs, filler attractions for families while still having solid thrill rides, tons to explore (Jurassic & Mummy lands look beautiful), & ample entertainment options. Fantastic review by you guys, definitely adding this to my bucket list Asia trip

      I’m more concerned about some of the states of the rides. The animatronic mummy doesn’t move like it used to, and the dinosaurs on river rapids are not only outdated, but some just straight up don’t work, like the t-Rex at the top of the drop.

    One thing to note is that Universal Singapor is considerably less expensive than the US Universal parks. Last Saturday when I was there , admission was $84 (Singapore Dollars, or around $63 US), which is about half of what you pay for even the cheapest ticket in Florida or California.
    I would also highly recommend the S.E.A. Aquarium, which is right next to Universal Singapore on Sentosa.

    • @guykent802
      @guykent802 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      This is most likely due to it being smaller and having less attractions, while Florida's are massive and drive consumers to pay more to get into the parks.

    Great looking park, I hope they make the UK park resemble this one in terms of how much is undercover, but its not a fully indoor park. They also have some rides not anywhere else in the world, which again I hope the UK park will have, such as Lord of the Rings, James Bond, Doctor Who, etc..

  • @trevormoffat4054

    This is a great park, and my family have been many times over the last 10 years. Unfortunately last year when we went, it was in a pretty poor state of disrepair. Particularly with all the projectors in the rides (like Transformers) being in bad need of replacement. I hope they can get their park back in shape because it really is a special place when it’s being properly maintained.

    • @guykent802

      One thing that's a bit sus about this tho, they didn't start improving the park until recently. The t-rex at the top of the river rapids ride suddenly works now. I think this is due to the soon opening of Minion Park and Super Nintendo World, which will bring them good publicity and bring them more money if the park is in a good state.

      ThemeParX gives updates from users about the park, apparently the large boat where Madagascar sat is where Nintendo world will be placed. Super Nintendo world will be located behind the buildings on the left side of the entrance, which is surprising because even I didn't know that was a part of the park.@@H60GX

    • @guykent802
      @guykent802 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I doubt that waterworld will ever be replaced at this current state, its a popular show that fits great with the Singapore weather and there aren't any other high end shows, so it will bring down wait times for the rest of the park. This will probably be the last update to the park we will get in 15+ years before USS sits on the cash flow before they add a minor thing.@@H60GX

      If you're going to Singapore to see the city, then go here as another stop, but don't come here solely for universal studios here. I highly recommend going to USJ's, and despite it all being in Japanese, I find the attractions there to be higher quality. Even when super Nintendo world releases here, its going to be hugely downsized compared to Japan.
