People saying buga is an upgrade version of spiritual by KiDI, also didnt add that PATORANKING a NiGERIAN contributed to the song as a featured artist and by extension could have also provided a carnival concept which both musical videos share. Ghanaians, I love identifying with you guys because I am about Pan africanism, however, the constant degrade where it comes to Nigerian art is quite unbecoming. I promote Ghanaians songs a whole lot as far back as the days of obrafour, Tinnie, VIP, and daddy lumba etc to the current days of Kidi, medikal, Kwame eugene, Ebony Mizz Vee, Sista effia, Adena etc, because they were and are really great musical arts but it is important that we learn to build rather than destroy ourselves via unhealthy comparisons.

I always said, When it comes to entertainment, Nigerians know how to invest and bring good content to us. They never fall our hand. High time Ghanaian acts learn from them. Some Ghanaians will condemn but it is what it is. 🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬❤️❤️❤️

Let me tell you you don't know before you even type that stuff you are already saying.
There is a place in Nigeria called Calabar, the capital city of Cross River State. Calabar is one of the major tourism centers in Nigeria, boasting a rich history, beautiful scenery, and great culture. Located in Southern Nigeria, Calabar city is the town, port and capital of Cross River state.
Calabar Carnival, also known as "Africa's Biggest Street Party" or the "Pride of Nigeria", is an annual carnival held in Cross River State, Nigeria. The carnival holds every December and is declared as an activity to mark Christmas celebration yearly. The vision for creating the festival was to make Cross-River a home of tourism and hospitality in Nigeria and Africa. The quality of the festival has grown over the years making it Nigeria's biggest carnival and an internationally recognized festival. It used to be a month-long event that begins on the 1st of December until it was reduced to two weeks. The carnival is to showcase Africa as the richest continent and a blessed place where the young ones should be proud to belong. The carnival has always been entertaining and colorful as different competitions take place and huge cash prices are won.
The programme is drafted each year by the committee in charge of tourism and cultural activities and new initiatives are introduced with different topics chosen to drive the carnival. The Carnival Committee organizes five competing carnival bands - Seagull, Passion 4, Masta Blasta, Bayside and Freedom. These bands are distinguished by their colors; The Seagull is the Red band and is known as the most stylish and coordinated band, Passion 4 is the Green band and is known as the most successful band, Masta Blasta is the orange and largest band, Bayside is the Blue band, and Freedom is the Yellow band. The Festival also includes music performance from both local and international artists, the annual Calabar Carnival, Boat regatta, Fashion shows (introduced in 2016), Beauty pageant (Miss Africa introduced in 2016) Christmas Village, traditional dances and the annual Ekpe Festival that brings in thousands of tourists.)
Other activities that make up this carnival include essay writing competitions, which involves both secondary school and tertiary students. These competitions are designed to promote reading culture among the youths of the State and inculcate in them the carnival culture.
So,This buga video takes after that canival.
You can google it, and especially checkout the images and videos if you think am telling lies.
I am telling you these stuff because I am from that region and also schooled in the state for 6 years.
Everyone in Nigeria know and have heard about the Calabar Canival.
Nigerian has so many diversity you guys don't even know about.
Don't even think that we copied kidi's, anyother person or any ghanaian stuff, its an insult.

Ghana is arguably one of the beautiful and peaceful countries in Africa no doubt but the way some Ghanians please take note not all, make statement over entitlement, like Nigerians already took over tiktok app even before any Ghanian tiktoker came to limelight how can every country in Africa participate in a music challenge after kizz Daniel himself started it, but no country ever claimed it but here we are. But Why? And the big problem is some of them do it to Ghanian artist thereby mounting unnecessary pressure on their artist. Like how can you claim you made BUGA song go worldwide? The number of Nigerians abroad like outside their home country is more than 20million scattered all over not to talk of those who trace their root to Nigeria.

I see many Ghanaians🇬🇭🇬🇭 comparing the Buga Video🇳🇬 to KIDI's Spiritual video.. I had to go watch the KIDI's video and these are the differences I noticed..❤️👇🏼👇🏼
First, KIDI's Spiritual video had just few people putting on the African attire🌍🥻 but Kizz Daniel's Buga had up to 400 people walking on the streets, holding flags and showing different cultures.. it was like a street carnival💃🇲🇼🇳🇦
Secondly and the most important, The only flag I can see in the KIDI's video is the Ghana's flag🇬🇭 which makes it quite different to Kizz daniel's Buga cause Buga was a "PAN-AFRICAN" video👬🇵🇬
But to conclude, I think that KIDI's video was really well shot🎥🌟 with high budget, but I think the message that they were trying to pass across are quite different🌍❤️
Love still by the way.. Let's try to bring Africa together and not divide it!!

Don't even think that we copied kidi's stuff, its an insult.

Why do you Ghanaians always think highly of yourself. Higher than you really are!
You made which buga popular in the world through TikTok?
    With how many population?
Kenya is 55million and Ethiopia 100 million. East African have not come out to say they made buga popular. Small Ghanaians are coming out to claim the glory when the whole world know they are filled with hate and jealousy, wishing they can rather take nigerias place!
East Africans that are the biggest supporters of Nigerian music are quiet but Ghanaians are priding to have made buga blow!
    You guys must be mental!

@@eyram6424 it’s ok to say the video is not good if you think so. All opinions are allowed about the video, but to say Ghana made the song blow again from TikTok is annoying.
Don’t you guys think it’s time to start fighting for your own success and leave Nigerian success alone?
You guys need to stop tying every Nigerian success to yourself!
The success of Afrobeats is on the shoulders of our industry and Nigerians scattered in the diaspora. You guys have no idea on how hard we have worked to make aftobeats what it is today. You just want the success cheap. I live in Paris, we insist that our music is played in clubs with our money even as non francophones until our music is now played more than American music in the clubs here.

I think there’s something wrong with all your mentality!
You can criticize the song or the video but don’t don’t bring again this your mentality!

No1 spot is open to every African country and it’s nobody’s entitlement!
